S: nf greek yogurt with 2 tbsp. flax seeds
L: turkey roll ups with cheese and pickle and mayo
S: celery with hummos
D: ground turkey sauteed with zuccini
Phase II:
B. Laughing Cow cheese, Ryvita crackers, sliced tomato, kiwi
L. Chicken sandwich on ww bread with lettuce and cucumber, strawberries, yogurt
S. skim milk if I'm peckish mid-afternoon
D. Taco Bake, huge mixed green salad
B- bite sized shredded wheat, 1% milk
s- 3/4 zone bar (ds likes em too) and about 15 hazelnuts
L- small chili, coffee
s- probably sf pudding cup
S- lean meat BBQ'd, with a tossed salad and the leftover spaghetti squash with a dot of rf margarine and shredded parmesan
B: Smoothie with one carrot, a handful of spinach,1/2 banana, silken tofu, blueberries, strawberries, green whey, green powder, ice and agave
S: almonds and leftover tuna on trisquit
Lunch/dinner (we eat early) grilled flounder,black beans, broccoli and cauliflour
S: blueberry/other 1/2 banana/strawberry sorbet

D: sausage with grilled veggies
Phase 1:
B: 1 scrambled egg with turkey and cheddar cheese
L: large salad with chicken and salsa for dressing
D: salsa chicken with kidney beans, side salad
Yesterday:
B: 2 hard boiled eggs
L: tuna salad with onion, pickles, tomato
S: 1 oz peanuts
D: 4 oz steak with black bean soup
S: Carrots, celery, ranch
B- Yogurt flavoured w/ lemon crystal lite, 'salad' (tomato, cukes, red pepper, onion, chick peas w/ evoo & red wine vinagrette) with my tea
S- 10 peanuts
L- Cauliflower & carrot sticks dipped in a little ranch and a HB Egg
D- Green beans, stuffed pepper (gr. pepper stuffed with lean ground beef and salsa, topped with a little rf cheddar) and a glass of skim milk
S- not sure yet... depends if I am actually hungry or just munchie
