ammi--thanks for the info on the gazelle--when is your commercial coming out? you should be on their info-mercial! or at least getting some of the profits!

katt!!! congratulations!!! that is so exciting!! can we all meet you in vegas to help celebrate? i know how you feel about meeting the right one and just knowing it can only get better as time goes on. i felt the same way when i met rich (on the internet, by the way). i knew we'd get married after a few months, i even told my mom he was the one i'd marry almost 2 years before he proposed. how did you and scoot meet? i love those stories! oh....and by the way, great job on the weight loss too!

that's it....see you all tomorrow! lori

CONGRATULATIONS KATT!! THAT IS AWESOME!!

I will have to say that I am going shopping tomorrow to get some foods so that I can try to up my calories to around 1500. ( so far it's been around 200 - 900)

Wish me luck on that girls ( you can find more about my calorie counting problems in the calorie section!)

Thanks for the congrats on my weight loss! It's not much , but for me it's AWESOME!

Had a good day today. I went to go and do my Crunch dvd, and then my friend called, and she was having a crisis (her marriage is slowly going downhill), so I went over there to be with her. I did my Yoga tonight, though, so I'm 1 for 2 on that front! Had a meeting at my college today, to lodge a complaint about an instructor, and looks like we weren't the only ones. Looks like she won't be teaching there again!

Lilion - It's definately not "wrong"...I'd be pissed, too! You're trying SO HARD...and you've come such a long way, it's fantastic! Men just suck in general, so this is just another area where that's true. :P

Erika - When we worked at Walmart, there was actually a LOT of our co-workers that had met their significant others there...so, yeah, I'm really glad I got hired there! Thanks...what did I do to deserve this great status?! lol Congrats on the 290!!!! As you know, I've been stuck for 3 months, and I'm WAITING to see 280 again! (I had made it there briefly back in June...)

Katt - CONGRATULATIONS!!! That's so great, and I'm so happy for you!!!! Andrew & I have been "engaged" for a while now, but we're waiting until we're out of college to get married. And I say "engaged", because we've already asked each other to marry each other...wow, that made good sense, right? And I have a gorgeous ring, but it won't be "official" until we're ready to set a date...and he says I get another ring for that. Oi! That's so neat that it'll be on your 25th anniversary! Why wait so long, though!?!?!

Katt on your engagement! I love that you don’t feel pressured and that you will do things your way. I often think couples feel pressured to do things a certain way instead of what is really right for them.

Lilion – I know how you feel about the jealously issue. I go to a really small gym in my building and have felt kind of like their star. Recently, this larger guy has been going and I swear he must spend 2 hours a night there. He wears really baggy clothes so I can’t tell how much weight he has lost, but sometimes it makes me jealous and then I feel ashamed of myself. I guess it is partly human nature.

Wezi – How cool is that about the 90 year old instructor. I also hope to be still kickin when I am 90, if I even make it that far!

Raven – I worked at a business hotel so we were pretty regular throughout the year. One of my most vivid memories of working there was having this guy scream at me that I was killing him for putting him in a smoking room. He made me call my supervisor at something like 11pm. It was really ugly and the guy was so mean to me. We had some really nice guests though too. There was this one guy who would always go out to dinner and get us a second dinner from wherever he went. It was definitely an experience.

Erika – I live within commuting distance of New York City and everything here is super expensive. I wish I could find a place for closer to what you are paying. Right now I feel so rent poor! Anything with a washer/dryer hookup is luxury enough for me.

Andie – I definitely wish that I was instilled with a love of movement from when I was young. Instead it was always something my parents were trying to get me to do because I was too fat. It is so sad when I think about it.

Colneen – Congratulations on those 7 pounds – that is great!

Sandy – If you aren’t on Livejournal don’t worry about it. It is kind of like MySpace, but more journal based. I know what you mean about the winter. Today was actually really beautiful here, but soon it will be grey and dull.

I tried on the bathing suits and the only one of the four I liked was a red one from Junonia in a . . .wait for it . . . 2X! I got it on a lark because I really liked the suit and they didn’t have a 3X. It is slightly tight, but that is ok. I am going to order a second one with the same cut and it should be here in time. Now I just have to send the others back. One thing I can say was that the quality of the Junonia suits was by far better then the JMS and they cost about the same. I did take pictures – we will have to see if I feel brave enough to post them.

Kaley -- You have just been great to talk to and you are around my age and crap.

Don't fret girl!! I bet she will happy that you were there for her! Just keep your head up and keep going girl!!

Nancy -- That was our biggest thing. The apartment that we are in now has the bathroom door only and the laundry mat at the complex sucks and we can't use it. We normally end up driving 45 mins back to my mothers to wash clothes when we have to! This apartment isn't like AMAZING, but it's got a second bedroom and W/D hook up! I promise as soon as we are allowed into the apartment, I will take pictures for you girls. And of the old one too!

Hi Ladies, just wanted to say hello before i finish up some things. Today was a beautiful sunny day, and wouldnt you know, i had to work
WEZI: that is so cool the excersise instructor is 90. there are not many people in their 50's or 60's that could teach an excersise class, have fun!
NOT THE CHEAT: im sorry to hear your having some problems. Hopefully things will get better, or you will be able to figure out what you need to do, to make things right for you. The splenda packets are at Walmart, if you ever go there.
MECHELLE: Have a good time on your trip. I'm sure everything will be fine. Let us know how everything turned out.
NO NAMES LEFT: Hope you had a good day, I always enjoy your posts!
KATT: congratulations on your engagement, and i am crossing my fingers you get the job, keep us posted
RAVEN: Your job sounds fun especially in the summer. i am totally a people person most of the time, and i love talking and meeting new people! Congratulations on the awards you have won for hopsitality!
LOOKING FOR HOPE: Im happy that things are coming around nicely for you. When are you moving? you never know how much stuff you have until you move!, lol
KAYLEY: Thanks for sharing how Andrew lost his wt. the both of you are very inspirational! Its not fair that men lose faster than women though, lol
LILLION: Bravo on the wt loss! Shopping is certainly the choice i would make to celebrate the loss. Looking nice and buying new clothes always make me happy
COLNEEN: Way to go on the weightloss! I totally know how you feel about being tired from work today, i was only off tuesday and have 2 more days til my next day off
ZELMA: Its always good to read your posts. Your always so pleasant and upbeat, and i like to listen to what you have to say, because i feel i can learn alot from you
SANDYBAR: Have you gotten any reply from Red Lobster? Hopefully they will at least let you know they have listened to your complants.
TOO FAT FOR U: Im sure you will see a weight loss at your weigh in. You have done so well! You deserve to be proud!
EVERYONE I MISSED: Hope your day and week is going good.
As for me, i am so tired today! This time of year always becomes busy for me at work, my family and friends tend to not understand when im not available to do things. My food was so/so today, nothing major, just not as good as usual. Please help me regain the motivation to excersise, i know i will feel so much better all round. Hope everyone has a great night!

Hi everybody! I came in and read through the new stuff and want SO badly to do some personals... but wow with this heavy work schedule I am going to bed earlier and earlier.... LOL I am usually such a night owl!

Thanks to everyone for the encouragement and cheers for that ole FFM. One of us is going to lose this battle and it is NOT going to be me!

Everyone hang in... keep up the hard work in spite of the many discouragements along the way!

to all

Just a couple quick notes. I am sooooo sleepy tonight and need to get to bed soon.

Misti - on finally getting that scale to budge. Persistance pays off.

Katt - Congratulations on your engagement!

Nancy
- I have a bathing suit from Junonia and I really liked it. Well, as much as I could like a bathing suit with my 300+ body in it. I thought the material was really sturdy and sort of held me tight so I didn't jiggle quite so much.

That's it for me. I've got to hit the sack now. Nighty-night!

Just a couple of quick notes before I head off to bed. I have a long 10 hour day at work tomorrow, and I have to be there around 7:30am! Fridays are always long for me. They usually go by fairly quickly, though. And tomorrow is payday, even though my check is going to be TINY, since I missed all of last week due to the tonsilitis. I'll try and check in at work tomorrow...we usually don't get REALLY busy until around 11am. I'm off to make my lunch, and then go to bed! You ladies have a great night!

Nancy - CONGRATS on the suit!! I wasn't even brave enough to take a picture in my bathing suit this year, even though I actually found one that looked GOOD on me.

Erika - Thanks! I can't WAIT to finally move out. Doesn't going to look like Andrew & I will be able to move out until August, if that!

Kymberly - Oh, it's totally not fair! Andrew eats ice cream and stuff all the time, and he LOSES weight! GAH!
