Hello All,

Sorry I am late posting today, I have been busy busy busy and this is the first opportunity I have had to post. Ok so if I say 6 lbs will you know what I am talking about? I am talking about how much I GAINED I know I ate like a pig but surely in just 4 days I didn’t have 42000 calories etc But I know I had stuff with a lot of salt, so I guess there must be some water weight involved too. Well whatever it is, it’s a horrible gain but it had a wonderful effect on me. It kicked my butt big time and I am back on my diet with no temptation to eat what I shouldn’t. I didn’t get to exercise today, not proper exercise, but I did walk to the shops, so that’s better than nothing. Tomorrow I will get back on my Gazelle and also work out to a DVD. I am back on track and those 6 lbs are going to be gone in no time

Zelma – I really appreciate your post to me, I love how you refuse to believe I just went on a binge for the sake of it Maybe you are right and it’s all linked to how unwell I was etc. Whatever the reason I am over it now and am going to work even harder to get to my 100 lb mini goal now!! What you said made perfect sense and I wish you were here so that I could give you a big hug for it, thank you

Erika Leigh – loved your photos, especially your graduation one. I bet that was a very proud moment for you

I think your exercise target is a great one, don’t worry about it being low, we all have to start somewhere, and far better to set a target that is attainable rather than a high one that you might not meet.

Nancy
– no you mustn’t think negatively, nobody knows what the future holds so you may just find yourself in the UK one day meeting Sharon and me Or maybe we will make it over there to see you. I love the thought of meeting you and the others one day, it would be the perfect reward for meeting my ultimate goal

Yes you are right that there will be times when for whatever reason we go off track. You are also right that we have to focus on getting back on track rather than worrying about why we went off track etc. I had a shock when I saw how much weight I had gained, but am 100% back on track now and feeling great about it.

Isn’t it annoying that things that are healthy can be so fattening like the trail mix you ate too much of. The other week I bought a bag of jelly sweets (candy) and a bag of mixed nuts, seeds and raisins. When I worked out the points of both there was actually more points in the healthy snack. I know it’s better for me to eat the healthy stuff, but some times nothing does it like candy does

That’s great news about your NSVs. I hear you on not wanting to spend out on swimming costumes when you know you will be too small for them before too long. That’s how I feel when I have to buy bras. Remember I bought some new bras in August? Well they are all too big now even after sewing them. So I bought 2 more new bras last week and hope to get a decent amount of wear out of them before they are too big. Still, much nicer for them to be too big than too small. I hope you will have a wonderful time on your vacation. Well done on being a member of two gyms now too, that’s awesome

I kind of understand how you feel about your weight loss sometimes and wondering if it’s all real. I have a mechanical dial scale and when I started dieting it was at the very last number on the dial. When I get on the scales now and see how far around the needle has moved I just can’t believe it. I know my clothes need to be a bit smaller, but at the same time I am still in size 28 jeans which makes me think I have lost just a few lbs rather than how much I have. I even see myself in shop windows and think, wow that’s a flattering window, then realise that that’s me, not a flattering window at all. It’s all very strange.

Misti – I would have thought seeing as the FFM didn’t have to visit me this week that she might have a bit more time to come visit you. I am sorry that she didn’t. You are an amazing woman Sue. You could just give up, but you aren’t doing that. I am sure your perseverance will pay off soon

Thanks for offering me honorary citizenship of Washington, I may just take you up on that offer, I really do like the sound of that Challenge.

Valerie – I hope your first day at work went fabulously well, I bet it will be great knowing you are driving that truck and earning some lovely money for doing it!!

Katt that’s brilliant news that you reached your mini goal and have nearly hit 40 lbs lost. It feels so wonderful to make those goals doesn’t it

Thanks for reminding me about that stubborn chin of mine that I should be putting to use. I am doing just that. I refuse to be fat for the rest of my life. I am going to carry on losing and that 100 lbs is just around the corner. I am still thinking of a reward for reaching that milestone. I did tell Daren that when I have earned my next foot massage he can put nail polish on my toe nails too He said ok, so I might just risk seeing how steady his hand is

I love how much you are enjoying Richard’s Disco Sweat DVD. I do enjoy it, but I get bored so very easily. Tomorrow I am going to borrow one of Beth’s DVDs and hope it doesn’t kill me trying to keep up. I need a change that’s for sure.

Oh I didn’t realise you celebrate fireworks night on the same night as us in the UK. Australia celebrates it in June or something doesn’t it? I hope the fireworks ban does get brought in over there, and wish they would do the same here. I am like you, I much prefer the council displays. I bet the emergency services will be thrilled if a ban does go ahead!

Sharon – lovely to see your post, though sorry to hear that things went from bad to worse on the weekend. I hope you have caught up with all the washing now.

I am thrilled that you lost 2 lbs, I must have pinched it off you to add to the ones I gained I am sorry I missed you on MSN today, I did send you a message but you must have been away from the PC.

Patti – well you will have read that I gained 6 lbs, so not good news. But the good news is that I am back on track and it’s like I never had the slip up. Did you get my last email from a few days ago?

Andie – WOW 17 lbs in a month is awesome I bet you are thrilled with that. In UK speak that is over a stone, brilliant!

Lilion – awesome photos of you and hubby dressed for Halloween. You both look amazing. Were there awards for the best dressed?

Glad you liked that photos I posted of Sharon and me, it was really great meeting her even with our kids not allowing us to have a good chat

You are right about us all having bad days, or even weeks, but that the important thing is to get back on track. I am so glad that seeing my gain helped me to do just that. I had worried I would find it just like starting my diet all over again. But I am ok, woohoo

Annie – I didn’t get on the Gazelle today, only because I didn’t have the chance, not because I didn’t want to Tomorrow I will definitely get back to it though!!

I am so happy that you told Joel how much you weigh. He reacted exactly as I thought he would, he is a wonderful man. Give him a big hug from me both for being such a wonderful hubby to you AND for his birthday

Lori – body weight fluctuates daily, so you might be pleasantly surprised at your official WI tomorrow and see that you have actually lost weight. Don’t be too disappointed if you don’t see a loss though. Just keep thinking positively that you will lose those lbs by the next WI

Kayley – I am sorry to hear you are feeling so unwell. I also feel really awful that not only do you have to deal with being so poorly but that you have to worry about the cost of being ill. We all moan about the NHS over here and how long the waiting lists are etc, but when I hear stories like yours I realise how lucky we are in old Blighty. I hope the antibiotics will work for you and that you won’t need to see an ENT specialist

Jill – great to see you posting. with getting your exercise in 5 times this week.

Ok I am going to go change my ticker now, putting it UP for the first time. It won’t be nice, but it has to be done. Onwards and DOWNWARDS from now on. Take care all and bye for now,

Hugs,

Ammi

Good afternoon ladies.
Having a good day. My loss this morning encouraged me to get in some good exercise. I got in 70 mins already, with the possiblility of another small walk this evening. I am close to tripling my exercise goal. I am only 150 mins shy right now. I know I won't get that much in tomorrow but I can probably get half! And my presidential challenge this is moving along nicely!

Lillion: Awesome work on getting into that 16. You go skinny girl!
I loved your halloween pics, you did a great job!

Annie: Happy B-day to your DH.
You idea making him something that you don't like. I just didn't bake mine anything this year, bad wife.

Wezi: Good going on your exercise! Have you joined the exercise thread? I find it very motivating to rack up mins!
Sorry the scale isn't obeying. But don't give up hope. Like other posters said its probably atleast some water. I lost 5 lbs in 3 days this week anything is possible.

Katt: Big congrats on hitting your goal!

Kayley: Hope you feel better soon. I know whats its like to worry about doctors & having no insurance. I have had to wait at "free" clinics alot. Waiting sucks, especially when you are sick. Here's to hoping that the antibiotics kick in fast!

Nancy: I totally feel like this is all a joke/illusion. I haven't lost much yet but I still feel like someone is tampering with my scale & making it go down. Very surreal. I felt the same way earlier this year when I lost 45 lbs. Wonder what it will be like when we lose 100 lbs or more....

-< Just because we only have one more day to use them!

Ammi,

Soon you will be done with that 6 pounds and on to the next -5! We all know you can do it. Keep your chin up!

All the well wishers for my hubby's b day, thank you. He is a doll and he deserves the best. He just wants the Minnesota Vikings to win in football tonight. LOL.

Blessings all,
Annie

Ammi - I'm sure that those pounds will come right back off, and take some more with them. You've done so phenomenally with eating well and exercising that those pesky extra pounds will have no choice but to pack up and out!

Andie - Thanks, I really hope they start to work, too. I took this stuff that's supposed to numb your throat, so I can get liquids down, but it just tastes nasty, and no effect as of yet. But here's to hoping!

And Nancy - TWO gyms?!?! Yowza! You GO!

Even with this horrible plateau, I'm setting a goal. I didn't make the one for October, but I WILL make this one. Our 2 year anniversary is on December 24th, so I want to be at 275. I CAN DO THIS!

Kayley Im sure you can do it hun ... its only 15 pounds ... and we have what .. about 8 weeks?? I have my Xmas Eve goal to go for too .. and infact I want it to be 270 if I can .. but as I signed up for the 40lb in 20 weeks Xmas challenge Im sticking to that ticker lol .. But I know you can do it .. you have done so great already!

Ammi - Hun its great to see you back on the boards .. and oops on the 6lbs .. but I know they will fly off now that you are back on your feet and ready to fight again .. just look on those pounds as the ones necessary for your body to use to recover lol .. and great to hear you putting that stubborn chin of yours to good use lol .. I KNOW you have the ability to do whatever you need to get to where you want to be

Sharon - Great to see you back .. I think your pics (this is to you too Ammi) look fantastic

Lilion - I LOVE your piccys!! Wow .. I would never think to dress like that lol .. you and your hubby must have stolen the show. WTG on the NSV with the skirt Yes Guy Fawkes is right I hate this time of year really, the amount of damage stupid people do and the injuries some cruel so-and-so's do to animals is disgusting. The only thing we have bought in the last 4 years is some sparklers .. and even those we still have about 3 packs of from last year! Seems silly to celebrate a failed attempt at blowing up a Government doesnt it??

Annie - Hope hubby had a lovely birthday .. every time I hear of a cream pie I keep thinking of shaving cream rofl .. lord knows why .. its just the image I have come into my head when I hear about them rofl. I had an oops weekend too hun so dont be hard on yourself .. I have a feeling we are gonna have a lot of challenges to face over the next couple of months .. but Im sure we can all get through it .. have fun .. maybe learn a little more ... and get ready for another new year .. cos this one has just FLOWN by!

Lori - WTG on your gym workouts .. and just keep taking the candy ban a day at a time... esp at this time of the year when you really are challenging yourself more than most other times of the year .. thats good tho .. cos then its a case of you being able to tell yourself you have done without it for ** days ... so you can go without it another day I think Im the naughtiest one on here really lol .. I havent given up my chocolate or the sweets ... BUT .. I dont binge on them .. and I have made a deal with myself that Im only allowed a treat box if my calories are low for the day and I have done some exercise .. so last week I didnt have any really rofl .. not for the calorie reason .. but the exercise one. And when I do get the urge .. that is where the dvds come in handy cos I have to do the exercise before I can have anything .. and by the time I have finished I dont want the chocolate anymore lol ..

Jill - Lovely to see you back, glad you managed to get rid of the headache .. Im still stunned at your workout time lol ... but great job on doing it! Good luck on your exercise goal for this week .. this months goal for me is to do one of my exercise dvds (Richard or Pilates) a day for 4 days each week for the month ... this month I had between 3-4 .. so next month its 4 .. then Dec Im gonna try for 4-5 etc ... but this weekend Im picking up my Elliptical at last .. so I will have 3 different ones to exercise with which should make it a little more interesting

Nancy - I know exactly what you mean about this being unreal .. I know the scales tell me Im losing .. I know my clothes occasionally tell me the same thing ... but I dont think Im really doing anything all that different than I used to .. I still struggle with the 3 meals a day (Im back to eating 2 a day .. just cant get lunch in grrr) .. and so not hitting my calories .. but this really does tell me what I did wrong to put on the weight .. it wasnt that I ate too much .. it was that I ate the wrong things and I never exercised. But it still doesnt seem real ... or there are some days where it feels like I have been on this round of the journey for YEARS .. other days Im wondering how I lost this much weight in only a few weeks (when its actually been 4 months now!). It does boggle the mind this journey we are on doesnt it?

Andie - Great job on your workout!! Im sure you will do well tomorrow too

Okee ... well I havent done much today .. except I have decided Im gonna go for my driving license .. I am gonna study for the theory over the next few weeks and book a time to sit the first part of the exam (we have 3 levels over here ... 1 is the theory .. you have to get that before you are allowed to get behind a wheel to learn to drive .. 2 is oral with practical .. you have this for about 6 months and there are driving restrictions on you .. and then you get your full license .. its longer for those under 20 tho lol .. ). I have signed up online to do the theory tests so I can practice with those before I go and sit the real thing at the testing place. I still dont know if I will actually be allowed to drive because of my eyesight .. but Im sure there are others out there driving with only one eye and they manage to do it .. so I have got to stop making excuses and get behind the wheel again (yea I used to drive without a license when I was younger lol .. terrible person I was!). I just sat one of the 25 tests that I can try .. and I got 24/25! And that is without any study!! I just have to really focus on the distances allowed etc .. and blood alcohol limits etc.

So that is gonna be my goal for early next year ... Im going for a part time job in town and my hunny has said that if I get the job and my learners license .. he will get me a scooter so that on the rainy days or days where I may have to work late at night .. I can ride home safely (you dont NEED the full license to be able to ride one of those .. but you have to have a L plate on the bike lol ..)

I know when I get my eyes tested at the driving place I will fail .. BUT .. they have a basic test .. so all I need to do is go to the optician and have a full exam and hopefully he will give me a pass where I will be allowed to drive some times (although I think my driving times and conditions will be restricted as my eyes are light sensitive so driving during the day is not an easy thing for me long distances .. but around town I should be ok ).

Love and Laughter everyone!!

Katt--oh, the eliptical ROCKS! When I went to a gym, that was without a doubt my cardio machine of choice. I have bad knees, so it was better since the treadmill creates much more impact, and it always seemed to burn a lot more calories and build up a better sweat for me than the recumbent bikes.

Oi...I can't believe I'm looking at a CHRISTMAS banner ad on the side of the screen right now. Today is only I feel so lost for Christmas this year because I don't know what to get for ANYONE, not even my Jeff! I need to figure it all out soon so I can budget accordingly.

Anyway, got up and did my workout againthis morning. For some reason, it seemed more difficult this morning. I was feeling the muscles and breathing harder this morning doing the same workout I've done 9 times in the past few weeks. Oh well...I did it, and I'll do it again tomorrow!

Oh, and I completely forgot to weigh myself. Maybe I'll put breakfast on hold and weigh when Jeff gets out of the shower. I usually weigh before my workout, but I don't think it'll be too much of a difference since I did some sweating, but I also sipped some water. We shall see once the boy is out of the shower (He literally takes about 3 times as long in the bathroom in the morning as me ).

Thats great news Jilly .. about the elliptical .. as well as your work out this morning and sticking to it even tho you didnt feel 100% doing it Maybe you need to have alternatives to do in the morning to give your muscles a bit of variety .. thats another reason why I am getting the elliptical and started adding in the Pilates ... it gives me a little variety .. but Richard is still my fave workout tho lol..

Today I had hoped to do the Pilates stage 1 as well as the Richard .. BUT .. silly me did the pilates first and it realllllly works your muscles .. even for the short stage 1 because I also use a resistant band thingy (ouch!) .. so I should have done it BEFORE I did the Richard one .. as it was I could only do half of the Richard dvd .. sooo next time I decide to do both .. Im gonna boogy first .. THEN do the muscles lol .. Still ... it added another 45 min to the months total and I almost wasnt gonna do anything today cos I just wasnt in the mood lol ..

Okee .. 5 Positives ...

1 - Hunny got paid today lol .. so now he can pay for my elliptical machine on the weekend rofl.

2 - It turned into a beauuuutiful sunny day today .. nice and warm .. not too hot .. just the right amount of a breeze

3 - I had the urge to light incense today and it smelt lovely ... it was a coffee one and as the house was warm it smelt like a coffee bar .. mmmmmm (even tho I dont drink coffee very much if at all now .. I still LOVE the smell of a coffee shop lol).

4 - I got my washing done today!! The washing I did yesterday that I put on the clothing rack wasnt really dry so I put the clothing rack out on the porch and it got dry in no time Like having the washing all caught up lol ..

5 - My friend surprised me with a visit today ...we had a cuppa and a real good gossip (havent done that together in ages lol) .. nice end to a day

So tomorrow Im getting in a power meter .. where you pay for your power in advance? Do you have that where you are?? So anyway .. the power guy is coming in the morning to put in the new system .. and then dad is turning up and we are cutting down another tree tomorrow (hopefully the wind will stay calm cos its the one right next to the house lol). In the afternoon we are gonna go and get the rest of the materials to build the fence for our new BBQ area out the back .. that is gonna be a me and dad project Dont know how much help I will be lol .. but will give it a shot And then Ash is bringing her friend over for a sleepover lol .. hopefully they dont giggle all night .. lord knows what is so funny but the dumbest thing sets her and her friends off lol.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Halloween and you get rid of all the temptation that has made its way into your house over the last few days/weeks. Didnt have a single trick or treater visit .. I did have one bag of wrapped sweets just in case lol .. but as no one had been and it was almost 9 when my friend left .. I gave the bag to her to give to her daughter as she hadnt been allowed to go out trick or treating cos she had no one to be able to take her (my friend has a knee injury and couldnt walk far, and apparently no one else was willing to volunteer) .. so hopefully that will make her feel a little better about missing out and it got them out of my house rofl.

Oh .. my hunny told me tonight that not ONLY did he have a Big Mac last night (he reached his goal weight last week at JC and went completely off the rail on the weekend lol) .. well.. yesterday some time .. but tonight he opened the box of chocolates I told him to take with him and give the darn things away ... and did he give them away .. noooo .. he has opened the box and had a few of them today rofl ... I said that he only has a couple of pounds to play with if he wants to get some of his JC money back and this weekend he blew whatever spare cal he could afford to so stop being naughty rofl. He is just incorrigible ... oh .. and one of the pairs of jeans I bought him was actually a smaller size than the other one .. but they still fit!! Damn him!! rofl.

Huggies all

Love and Laughter!

Hello All,

I made it through yesterday with no problems being back OP. I didn’t go to sleep until 2 am, naughty I know lol, but I wasn’t tempted to eat anything, yay I am still feeling lousy with this stupid cold, but I am not going to let it put me off exercising. If nothing else I will use my Gazelle today!

Andie – wow you are doing great with your exercise. I bet when you set your exercise goal you never dreamt you will have nearly tripled it

Oh wow, I am so busy concentrating on getting to 100 lbs lost that I hadn’t even given thought to it meaning I will be just 30 lbs away from being in Onederland. It seems so hard to believe. Actually I find it hard to believe I am 245 lbs now. Whenever anybody asks me my weight I automatically think 329. Daft isn’t it

I think and hope you are right that some of that 6 lbs I gained is water weight, I will know soon enough when I weigh next Monday. I am drinking plenty again now, and am back in my points range, so that I will see a fair few of those nasty 6 lbs gone when I get on the scales next.

Annie – thanks for your confidence in me, I will make sure it’s not misplaced Oh and you know that avatar, it’s got to be one of my faves, how adorable is that doggy

I hope Joel had a wonderful birthday, did his team win?

Patti – I am glad you got my email. It’s just you said you had been worried about me and I thought maybe you didn’t get my email letting you know I was ok Anyway, thanks for your comments on those pesky lbs of mine, I hope you are right and that they won’ t hang around for too long.

Kayley – I am sure that you will make your goal to be 275 by your anniversary, but if God forbid you don’t, it won’t be from lack of trying. You are doing your best and you, like Misti, should be rewarded by the FFM big style I need to lose 16 lbs by Christmas so that I have lost my 100 lbs and will be more inclined not to be a pig with the Christmas food that we both make our goals

Katt – ok I have to ask, how come you guys celebrate Guy Fawkes day? I thought that was just the UKs reason to have fireworks? I am really curious now Daren and Caleigh have a birthday on the 2nd and 3rd of November, so sometimes, like this year, we will have a joint party but on the 5th so we will have bonfire night food and fireworks. I only ever used to buy sparklers for Beth and we would go to a display. But Daren loves setting fireworks off, so we sometimes do this joint celebration thing.

Good for you for deciding to go for your drivers licence I hope your sight won’t stop you from being able to get one! I have never wanted to learn to drive because I just cannot judge distances. I remember once a friend of mine gave me a driving lesson, we were on a huge back road in Australia and a person was walking her horse along the edge of the road. The lesson had been going well, I had changed gears and all with no problem, but I REFUSED to drive past the person with the horse although I knew they weren’t near me lol. I just took my feet off the pedals and my hands of the wheel and stalled the car So yep, the world is a safer place without me driving in it

Thank you for being so sure that I will lose those 6 lbs I gained, between you, the other lovely ladies here and my own returning confidence in myself is going to make sure I stay OP and get to my mini goal by Christmas. I think Kayley will meet her goal, and you will too, we all have around the same amount to lose to get there

Your talk of burning that coffee scented incense made me really fancy a cup of coffee. I very rarely drink the stuff, in fact yesterday I bought a jar of it for the first time in about a year. I only got it because when Sharon came for a visit, if we weren’t waiting for a taxi I would have offered her and her hubby a drink and I thought oh no I don’t have any coffee. I don’t even know if they drink that, but I decided for any future visitors I must have coffee in the house. But now that you have made me fancy a cup, I think I shall have one with my lunch today

Jill – it’s funny isn’t it how it’s supposedly common knowledge that women take much longer than men to get ready to go out or whatever. Yet in reality, men like your Jeff and my Daren actually take much longer than we do Daren makes me laugh because he uses moisturiser on his face, fusses with his hair, and even covers up any blemishes with a cover up stick, whereas I don’t bother with anything like that, oh except doing my hair of course, but I don’t fuss with it like he does with his.

It’s scary how close Christmas is now isn’t it. Thankfully I know pretty much what I am getting my family, and I actually went nuts on the Net last night ordering a lot of what I want. I am going to love the next week or so when everything is being delivered My family are easy to buy for, Daren loves all things gaming and Sci Fi, oh and posh clothes that normally we can’t afford, Caleigh wants any and everything to do with Dr Who, and Beth wants clothes and everything Playboy Like I said, easy

Well I better go get some emails written and then I am going to exercise before making my lunch. I hope everybody has a happy Halloween

Good morning, everyone, and thanks for the encouraging words. Heather you are right... there is no way I will give up but as my brother would say "I've been to two county fairs and a pie supper... and I ain't never seen nothin' like this!" I am still up four pounds this morning. I don't change my ticker though... once I get them I count them and I WILL get them again, yes I will!!!

Ammi, one thing about the challenge... you do have to enter in an address and of course there would need to be a place to send the award to. They responded quickly to my email asking them something so I just this morning sent one back asking if there is some way someone who does not live in the US can participate.

It is a really cold morning here for us... I think 30 degrees, wow! We are kind of wimpy here when it comes to extreme temperatures either way.

Everybody have a great day and stay OP!! This is our last day to see how many points we can rack up on our October exercise challenge!

I completely agree that I need to add more variety, but I don't have the money or space for any equipment (like the eliptical I would LOVE to own). Our living room is very tight, so I have VERY little space to exercise. That's why I like the WATP--it doesn't take a lot of space to walk in place and do some knee lifts and small kicks. When I tried to do Tae Bo last week (which I have done in the past and LOVE), I ended up kicking the couch and the coffee table multiple times and even had to modify some of the movements to be smaller (which, I'm sure) means I wasn't getting as good a workout as I could have).

There is a spot behind the couch where I think I might be able to squeeze an eliptical, but then we wouldn't be able to open the doors to our balcony We have an L-shaped sectional couch, but because our living room is so marrow, we actually have it set up so it's like a V instead of an L with the inside of the V facing the tv and the coffee table in the middle of the V. In the mornings, I just push the coffee table as far over to the side as I can and exercise in what little space is left in that V between the couch, coffee table, and tv. There is more space in our bedroom (we really don't need such a large bedroom--I wish they'd shed some inches off the bedroom to add to the living room ), but I get up to work out while Jeff is still sleeping, plus there's no DVD player or VCR in the bedroom.

Hmm...now you've got me thinking it might be worthwhile to look into rearranging the guest bedroom. I have a tiny (13") tv in there that I might be able to buy a cheap $30 DVD player for at Walmart

Okay, now that everyone knows the layout of my apartment, time to stop babbling Oh, but I do have another WATP DVD that I haven't even looked at yet, so I should check and see how long that is (I don't want much more than a 30-minute workout for the sake of my sleep and sanity ). I'll try to remember to see how long it is today, and maybe I can try that one tomorrow morning to shake things up.

But yeah, this morning was weird--it was like the workout I have done so many times felt strangely much more challenging this morning for some reason. Who knows...
