Hi all, I have been doing so well since my wonderful weigh in on Saturday. I am trying the Weight Watchers plan again. Last week I did the Curves plan and after sitting through the meeting on Saturday at WW I am determined to give it another try. So far it is going really well. Every single thing I have put in my mouth I have counted as points. It is 12:02 p.m. and I have only 2 more glasses of water to drink for the day! I am heading down to Curves as soon as I finish writing this. Then back to my bike. lol a good day seems to be coming for me today. Hopefully all of you will be blessed as well.
Luan, Brandnewme and Val: Big hugs

to you both. Please hang in there.

Nellie: Great new clothes NSV. I loved it.

Congrats.
Amy: Wonderful Job working out at Curves and being so on target!
Kenya: Wowie girl. I love your new photo. You are so beautiful! Your accomplishments in weight loss while being a student make my head spin

excellent job.
Alice: Good luck at the Dr. office
Sandy: Don't let anyone spoil your mother of the Bride status! Enjoy your time!
Misti: Oh, please don't feel like you have foot in mouth. lol I was just trying to let you know that it isn't always what you weigh that dictates your fitness level. I feel your pain about the water aerobics class not being a good workout. I was going for 6 months and only lost 15 pounds because the workouts were to whimpy for me. Even the advanced classes. So, I made the decision to swim laps by myself and do some water weights and water situps etc. I lost 80 pounds in the same time frame. (Unfortunately I gained it all back when I went through a big bout of depression) but, that was the best idea for me to go on my own. I assume that you too are in better shape than your classes you are attending. Too bad you can't teach a class and really give a great workout to them. Have you thougth about doing that? Maybe they would give you a discount or even a free membership if you taught a class or two?
Blessings all, be op and have a great day.
