Nelie - Congrats on the exercise. I don't think I've ever done 100 minutes in one day. Hopefully that will change though.
I went to weigh in last night and had only lost one pound since Monday.

I was really hoping for more but I'm staying motivated because, through this site, I found another person going to the same center that I am here in town and we're going to start getting together to cook and walk and maybe to do some water aerobics classes at one of the physical therapy places here in town. I'm really excited to get started with her and see if that helps me stay motivated to get out and exercise (the only area now that I'm lacking in severely). We're going to get together tomorrow morning and walk a mile from her house to the water aerobics place (1 mile), check it out and maybe sign up, then walk back to her place. I'll definitely be getting in my exercise tomorrow
