Valerie - Thankies for your words hun ... I may get the prescription for one month filled (I have 2 repeats on it too) ... and see if it makes a difference ... hopefully by the end of the month I will have a little more control of my world lol ... will be a first rofl.

Its funny today ... the weather has gone from the purest blue sky to grey windy and miserable .. isnt it funny how nature sometimes reflects how youre feeling .. hehehe ... me gettin reflective in my old age ... actually .. if I think about it .. its been a while since I have spent any time on my own just reflecting on things ... does anyone else do that ... I know it helps to get some sort of focus back in my mind .... One good thing is that I am on this new eating regime (lifestyle change) ... its something I can control I suppose isnt it?? Must be time to update my blog lol ..

Huggies and thankies Val hun

Xena: Come on you can do it Xena! I saw your goal for your birthday. Come on sweetie! Go, Go, Go, Go! Hope your doggie's tummy gets better soon!

Jilly: Sounds like you are making some good choices on planning to exercise! I know you can do it Jilly. If I can move my big ole butt, I know you will succeed wonderfully.

Mechelle: Get better soon

Val: Oh my hubby made the most beautiful gate. I am so proud of him. Both of my dogs will take off if there isn't a gate to rein them in too. Congrats on getting to 280 I was so happy for you about your boots and now I am sad for you and tell little Simon I said... No no! lol

Sahron: Yippeee Wonderful about the boots and chair! I can't wait for some NSV or some SV's lol. Good going!

Ammi: Oh Yeah! Another 5 pounds. You are the incredible shrinking woman! I am so happy for you. I am starting to blow up the balloons right now for that 100 pound loss coming your way.

Keeperofthehouse: Looking forward to getting to know you better. I hope your children are better soon.

Lilion: You can do it! I know you can make up for this past weekend and then some. Come on lil, you can do it!

Kimberly: Come on you can do it. Hang in there. Don't be too hard on yourself! Together we can get to where this wonderful new lifestyle is a habbit not the abnormal!

Amy: I just love Curves! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Wyllenn: Hey, you may have missed your shot at some of those clothes but isn't the reward of being smaller well worth the missing out on the bigger clothes! I know it is. You are such an inspiration!

Brenda: Uh.... I hope this is appropriate for you.lol, Congrats on your upcoming snip? lol

Nitekat: Hang in there sweetie.

Luan: Yeah! I'm so proud of you for riding your bike all the way! You go girl!

Okay, for me, I'm busy busy doing knick knacks etc. I did go to Curves today and stayed on my WW points perfectly. Putting books on the bookshelf and cleaning the house. We may get carpet in the livingroom and hallway if the price is right. lol Man is coming to measure tomorrow and tell us the damage.

If I didn't mention you by name, sorry but I still love ya,
Blessings all,
Dogpal/Annie

Ammi--I forgot to congratulate you on ANOTHER loss -- 5 more pounds! Just becoming par for the course, huh??

Annie -- Oh, I'm not complaining about the smaller clothes, nosirree !!! I am, in fact, kind of reveling in my new smaller size -- I fit into clothes I couldn't have worn since my sophomore year of college!!! Not only am I fitter, but less self conscious. Sometimes I don't believe the "new" me!!

Hi Everbody!
Well, I stayed on my "food plan" for yesterday and today looks good too.
For me that's a huge NSV and I'm totally excited about it!!
I haven't started an exercise program yet....my current excuse is the blood clots. But my goal is to get on the exercise bike by the end of the week.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how to avoid a sore bottom on the bike? Ya know at this weight, it's hard to ride the bike. We have the Tony Little exercising machine, but we don't have it put together yet.
VioletSwerve, I hope you have the most success in looking for another job.
I know how hard customer service can be cuz it's what I do as well.
So hang tough!
Looking forward to having suggestions on the exercise bike.
Have a good day everyone!!
Sandy
