Hey there Amy back!!

I am just bumming around this morning. The housekeeper is here and doing her thing so when she is done upstairs, then I am going to go and clean the bedroom and houseclean the hall closet. I think I may even wash the bedding and hang it outside. Could be the last time

I lost my pesky 4lb water gain and am back on track. I had her clean the fridge today so as I was putting stuff back in I took inventory of what was in there as well as tossed all the nasty and/or fattening stuff that lurks in the back of the fridge. Although, last night I made peanut butter chocolate fudge. I only had one small piece and I am portioning it up and freezing the rest for christmas. If it is in the basement, I won't get into it. Thank goodness I am lazy

Misti~ Your pics are great! You can really tell the difference! Keep it up!

ok time to help clean. I will be back later for some personals!

Brenda

Well I weighed in this morning & I'm down 2lbs!
Not got much time as I've been tidying up for when bro-in-law comes to show us pics of his hols, we go out for a curry, drinks & he stays the night.
Anyway Nancy, if you wear a ring like I do it doesn't interfere with nose-blowing & sneezes! Mine has been done since I was 18, rather a long time! I think with all the things going off which you want to change I would write a list of what you want and do one thing at a time otherwise you'l go crazy or change nothing! I would go for the job,AND if we waited 'til we were slim to change things we were unhapy about I would still be with my violent, philandering & spendthrift-no-good ex!!! You deserve to be happy, even if you're still trying to lose weight, why wait for a good job. Oh and s*d your employers, think of YOUR happiness for a change!!! YOU DESERVE IT!!! xxxx
Valerie I thought you'd like the Highland pony that's why I posted his pic, if I remember rightly he is the same breed Queen Vicoria rode in Scotland OR his ancester carried her! Some pedigree, eh? He was about 14-15hh AND VERY stubborn, it took one rider, one leading and two pushing to move him when he didn't want to!!! Apparently the breeder said he was the most stubborn one he'd come across, and they are known to be mulish!(sp?) Hope things improve at home for you VERY soon. xxxx
VIOLET WELCOME BACK!!! It's fantastic to see you again. You shouldn't worry about gaining, lots of us, me included go up and down in weight. We are here through thick & thin, good & bad so don't go away if you're not doing well, COME ONLINE & MOAN!!! xxxxx
Kenya, WOW brilliant on being LESS than your driving license! I bet you feel wonderful.xxxx
Patti, great on losing more weight .xxxxx
Brenda how can you bake & NOT EAT IT ALL?!lol. I don't bake often for that very reason. xxx
Gotta go, dusting calls, sigh.....
xxxxsharon

Okay, somebody please please tell me HOW you post pictures in the forum. No matter how I try to do it they end up as little thumbnails with links... which some people can't see. The rest of you post pictures here but I can't.... please please tell me the secret

Woo hooo I can't WAIT for my ticker to get past that halfway point and start sliding down that right side!!! Come ON FFM... come my way!

Thanks Valerie! Yes, I can post pix by using photobucket... but others can put them right into the thread. I can't figure out why. The upload feature here does not work right.

Ally- Welcome!

Christine and Katt- Thanks for the support with my hair. I am starting to like it better since I had the 2nd stylist "fix" it. So maybe it will work out for the best.

Katt- Great job with avoiding temptation! Subway was a good choice! I admire your will power!

Misti- Your pictures are great! You are making some awesome progress! Keep it up!

Today was weigh in day for me. I lost just under 1 lb this week. It's a lot better than gaining! But I did have a lot of NSVs this week. Recognizing when I am tempted to stress eat and stoping myself was a large one for me. I also have gone down a pants size!
