Hey guys!
Happy 1000th thread

Well its my 5th wedding anniversary today. Guess what I got as a present?? -2lbs!! *L* I'll certainly take it and its got good timing too. Steve wanted to go out for supper and even at least get dessert. I'll have to convince him that there are other ways of celebrating!

I have to go and start supper and get ready to go to work tonight at the store (first night). Should be fun and the bonus is, I get to shop *L*

But no worries....I'll just make it motivate me!

As it stands, I have 3 months and 1 day before I get married in Las Vegas (12/10). DF and I are challenging each other to each lose 30 lbs by the big day. The winner gets.....um.....the pride of being the winner, LOL, but we're trying to stay focused!

I'll be here often to stay on track and get advice

My current plan is to...

Stay on Beach Watchers (SB w/in WW points) 95% of the time (1 day off per week once we get to Phase 2....helps me avoid plateaus)

Work out 5-6 days per week (no excuses!)

Drink my water, cut down on diet soda.

Sharon, even though it isn't TOM time, I have been pretty emotional lately which usually means hormonal.

Halloweengirl, I'm getting married in 2.5 months and my goal is to lose 10 lbs by that time... I think I can do it but I'm struggling. Good thing is that I've already lost 10 lbs since I bought my wedding dress so it fits perfectly.

Hi Nelie,

Yeah, I know 30 is ambitious, but I've seen that I can lose weight that quickly IF I bust my azz, so maybe the 3 month threat will motivate me, LOL. I am not buying my dress until just before Thanksgiving or the wedding(casual, informal, just him & me wedding, so nothing to fancy needed), after the Thanksgiving Day bloat recedes I get my period, LOL
