8/2/06: 60 minutes aerobic walking
8/3/06: 35 minutes aerobic walking. I had to rush to the gym and back to get in my workout 'cause hubby had to go to work BUT I wanted to be sure to get SOMETHING in today. :)

Personal total: 60 (8/1) + 95 (8/2 & 8/3) = 155/1000

Group total: 95 + 1934 = 2029

Keep on moving, ladies!!! Feels good!!!

Did 13 min on the flyer today :) my legs feel like jelly. I have been looking at Yoga dvds, and Im thinking of getting a couple of them to start and end my day with :)

Personal Total: 99 + 13 = 112/400 - 288 left to go!!

Just did 13 minutes with workout balls

Personal August total = 260
1500 goal - 260 = 1240 to go

Hi Ladies - Got in an additonal 20 minutes of walking, and then 15 minutes of light strength training! Woo Hoo!

Personal Total: 163 + 35 = 198/310 - 112 minutes to go!


Group Total: 2055 + 35 = 2090

Zelma -- I'll take those 80 minutes!

As for me, I got in NO exercise yesterday :( and broke my exercise streak! I had done some kind of exercise EVERY DAY since May 25th (some days was just 10 min ab and back or 15 min walking the dogs).

I'm not that upset about the streak, as it was never something I was striving for. I just found that it was easier to keep up with my goals if I did something each day and it just went from there. So I am more upset that I am now behind by about a half hour! Luckily, it's early in the month! Ah well.

8,384 is the magic number!
 
I added Zelma's minutes to July,which changed the minutes needed to goal. We need 8384 minutes to reach our 100K goal!!!

I forgot to add my walk home from work on Wednesday, so I'm adding that 10 mins today... Hey, every minute counts huh?

Today I did 40 mins on the exercise bike and a 10 min walk to school.

Personal Goal... 1090 - 60 = 1030 mins left of August's goal of 1200

Group Total... 2090 + 60 = 2150

I'm hoping to get a couple of good walks in over the weekend, but not sure if the weather will oblige.

I did another 30 minutes last night and I forgot to add my 15 minutes to the group total so...

Group total is 2195

Personal total is 85

Back from the gym so I'm going to add another 45 minutes to the total before I forget:

Group: 2240 plus latest 45: 2285

Me: 180 / 1000

I'll give it a whirl. You girls are going to beat me on time hands down but I just paid off my last hospital bill and I'm not going to give them any more business so I'm starting at 30 minutes a day guananteed and a little more if I can handle it. So how about 800 minutes for the balance of August? You 1000 or more ladies are Olympians. Go for the gold and I'll bring up the rear. Every group need a turtle. I'll be late to the finish, but I promise to get there.

Everyone is doing so well! Wyelle n you will catch back up!!!! Today I did 55 minutes combined on treadmill, elipptical, and bike yippee skippee my total 180

Group total 2310 + 55=2365
