Got 25 more min walking in yesterday. We went to a ballgame and parked over 1/2 mile away! When you look for opportunities to exercise, it gets easier to get it in!

Walked my dog for 25 minutes this morning. I guess it was a NSV because we took a route that normally takes me 30 minutes. So either I am getting fitter or Buster didn't need to stop and "smell the roses" quite as often as usual. :lol: Probably a combination of both.

I am sooooooooo behind on my exercise. I got a respiratory infection and haven't been able to exercise in over 10 days! I finally starting to get back on track, but have a lot of catching up to make my July goal. Saturday I walked for 70 mins and tonight I walked for 50 mins.
