Good Evening Chickies,

I spent most of the night last night taking care of a sicky hubby. He was so whiney. Oh boy. Who needs children when you have a whiney hubby. LOL. Poor guy. I set him up on the sofa/recliner with a nice little nest. He feel asleep in no time at all and I watched him all night until about 4 a.m. I finally went to bed. I slept very late today. LOL. He is feeling better but not until he whined all day about his body aches and pains. I put him in the tub with a warm bath and babied him and scrubbed his back etc. He felt so much better after that.

Wyllen: Thanks for the freedom on reporting my exercise how I like to. I recall that MariaLucia said she needed to take a break for a bit. I hope that she comes back as well as: Jillybean, Catherine, Tashabella, Futurediva, Brandnewme, GarnetFairy, Valerie as she can and all the other missing chicks.

Sharon: I hope you feel much better soon.

Crock: Wahooo on your continued weekly -3 pounds! You rock.

Jtammy: Wahoo to you on your -3 pounds as well. The Pampered Chef party was very fun. I ordered lots of gizmos. I love to cook and having fun toys makes it even better. Huge congrats on being so dogone close to loosing 100 pounds.

Kayley: Whoop Whoop to you on loosing another -2 pounds! Awesome. I can see you sliding right on down to your goal no problems.

Hpnotq: Congrats on the -1 more pound. Good job.

Stinger: Good luck for your weigh in tomorrow!

Suemarie: Feel better real soon.

Patti: I know you can do this even if you are temporarily on your back until your feet and legs heal. You will still get there.

Melissa: Wow! 15 i nches down is wonderful! Keep up the good work.

Sassy: Okay, I needed that willpower dust earlier. I ate 12 M&M's. First real sugar I've had since April 19th! I only ate the 12 of them and I sucked on them and made them last. I was doing it because I was nauseous honestly but, can't say I didn't enjoy those little LOL. It did take my nausea away just like it was supposed to. I don't want to catch hubby's flu bug. I got exercising to do and house cleaning and my mom and dad are coming for a week on Thursday for my B-Day and to celebrate Father's Day with some fun fishing. So, I'll take that for tomorrow when I need to go to Curves and work out. LOL.

Ammi: Good luck tomorrow with your weigh in. I know you will do smashingly well. Have a good day out and about.

Hi Annie!

I hear ya about men being They are the WORST! lol. But ya gotta love them anyways, right? lol.

Here is more for ya! Hey good job only eating 12 ! I ate a WHOLE regular Oatmeal Raisin Cookie lastnight! I did find a healthy recipe on here though so I may attempt to make those on my days off, if I have all the ingredients! lol. I even had a dream lastnight about baking them!

I hope you don't get sick and I'll be cleaning soon, our place really, really needs it..............Have fun with your Mom and Dad!

We're going to see my mom Tuesday to go fix her new that we gave her, it has a few bugs in it. Other than that, that is it. Oh shoot. I hope we have enough gas to get out to see her. I just thought of that. Hmmm. Well we'll have to just figure it out I guess. lol.

Hi all -- I needed to check in for accountability this morning. I did show a 1 pound gain on the scale this week. Whether it's water weight or not, I don't know, but I DO know that the more free-eating of the past few weeks really does have to stop. I'm hoping that now that exams are over and we're moving into summer I can get myself back on a healthier schedule. I did get more exercise in yesterday!

I'm actually kind of glad that the scale moved up a tick. Wait, hear me out -- I'm not a masochist! Given my eating over the past couple of weeks it seems only reasonable it would go up and serves as a reminder that there really ARE consequences of my actions. I think it's harder to see that when the scale doesn't go up!

Course, sometimes it just goes up on its own, because scales are but you all knew that!!!

Where's Ammi this morning? I was hoping to see she had a loss!
Congrats to Melissa on those inches lost. And Kayley is back to kicking butt!

Crock, I meant to tell you that you are looking just TINY in that new avatar!

Good morning, everyone... happy Monday! Good to see all the reports of you losers!! Wish that whoosh fairy would pay ME a nice big visit LOL. Since I don't weigh over the weekend (scales are at work) this morning will either be the good news or the bad news.

I didn't do any exercise at all yesterday since I really felt my body needed a break; in fact someone noticed last night I was limping a bit. But nothing serious; my knees are not very strong but are getting better as I lose the weight. Did water aerobics both Friday night and Saturday.

Hope to see more good reports from all of you today!

Hi guys! Not up to personals this morning. I am fighting to get some housework done and trying to get over this flu bug so I can go camping this weekend. Hi there. I have lurked around here amd may have posted once or twice but I decided now is the time. I have decided to take my life back. I am down 13 pounds sice my start, and 4 of that had been in the last week. I am going to do it this time! Thanks for the support
