Hello.

I was part of this board back in 2004, when I lost 96 lbs in 10 months. However, in the past 2 years I've gained back every pound that I'd lost. I've made many false starts back into weight loss and hoping this time around isn't another!

My current stats are below. I'm hoping to lose at a rate something close to what I did two years ago. Then I was watching my fat grams and exercising 5days a week after I got under 300 lbs. Since that worked for me in the past, that's what I'm trying again. I've lost 12 lbs in the last two weeks, which is pretty average for my weight loss efforts. It's getting back the first month that I haven't been able to do since 2004!

I hope to get to you know you all and give all the support I can.

Sure...welcome Ingrid. Love to hear how you do it....your weight loss that is. I have been on WW and it has taken me 2 months to take off what you have taken off in 2 weeks. Would like to get some tips.

Congrats on coming back too...I know that is hard as well.

Hi Ingrid... so glad you are back again! I'd have to say too that coming here is such a huge source of support for me I can't imagine how I would make it without it. I give 3FC a huge amount of credit for my success so far.
