It has been really busy at work and last night I didn't get a chance to post either. We watched an interesting documentary called Mondovino about the world of wine making – more to do with the business end and how several large conglomerates and a couple of individuals have really taken over the wine world.

Dogpal – Way to go on the 12 pounds! That is fantasic!
Jill - I am glad they bent on the fee and everything worked out. It really gets me when people assume you are lying and trying to cheat, especially when you have no history of it.
Kayley - Way to go on the loss. Glad to hear you are feeling better.
Ammi – Perhaps you could see a dietician? Maybe some one-on-one help could clear up this conundrum.
I know I missed a bunch of people, but I have to run. I have to finish my March month end report today. Hopefully I will get some computer time tonight after American Idol.
Kayley and Brenda, and anyone else eating South Beach,,, I just whipped up a good food.. WW noodles, one lb of extra lean beef, one jar of Ragu sugar free spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 a green pepper, VERY Good, Cheap, and filling,,
