OK. I joined the thread last month with a low goal thinking I'd start off with a success - well that didn't work :nono: . So let me start fresh yet again. I finally bought the WATP cd and will do that when I don't feel like going to the gym. I also plan to try some of FitTV's All Star Workouts.
So, for March I will commit to 540 minutes. |
OK. So I didn't make goal in December. Or January. Or February. And I'm in a low spot exercise-wise... blame it on TOM, too much time on the truck, distraction of the new puppy, WAY too cold whereever it was that I was... So THIS month I'm gonna set one I can make. 200 minutes. There it is. I can blow this one out of the water! At least I'll have a month that I can make goal!!!
There it is. 200 minutes. And I'll try not to disappear again this month. At least I have my new power cord, so my computer is usable again. |
I posted this on the main page, but I figured I might as well post it here as well, since this is the "official" page. I'm upping my March goal to 700 minutes (from 500 minutes), because dang it, I wanna fit in my size 20 bondage pants for the concert on April 1st!!!!!! :D

Well this is my second month and I failed miserably to make my goal for feb. But all I can do is try harder this month. So for March my goals are:
* Cardio 30-45 mins 5x a week=600-900 * Weights/Yoga 30 mins 3x a week=360 So I am going to set my total mins working out for March to be 1100 mins. |
I didn't make it all the way to goal of 500 minutes for Febuary...unless I exercise for 2 hours today ;) Even though I didn't meet my goal last month, I am going to up a little to 600 minutes for March and see how I do. I've picked up a bunch of workout videos at thrift shops this past week to try out. Plus I really think I'm going to join Curves- they have the special were they wave the membership signup if you bring in a bag of groceries to donate for food pantries. I knew I could afford the monthly fee, but that sign up fee was preventing me from joining, so this is perfect (for anyone else who's interested, I think it the special goes through March 11th).

I met and exceeded my goal in February (my first goal) somehow. I managed to do over 800 minutes last month so I am going to make 800 minutes my goal this month. I hope it works!
Good Luck EVERYONE!! |

I'm not able to exercise at the moment because of an operation I had on Monday but tomorrow or Friday I will start, 800 minutes AND THIS TIME I WILL DO or exceed it!!!!!!:drill:

Okay! March has started!!! :D Today, I did 25 minutes of "Crunch: Cardio Dance Blast", and then 5 minutes of floor work...weights, and crunches. So that's 30 minutes to start me off with! :)

Yay the March total has begun. I did 30 minutes Salsasize even though the kids were off school, a snow day, so YAY me, lol.

My goal for the month is 500 minutes.
Today, I did.. absolutely nothing. Such a great start :P |
I started the month with 5 minutes on the elliptical and 40 minutes on the treadmill, making my total 45 minutes.
