WOW --- this thing moves fast! I think I missed number 819! you all DO move around so

Just popped into say hi....

OK... haven't gotten rid of that battery from that scale yet, but have resisted peaks ... although whoever it was that said they keep it by their fridge--wow--that's some pretty amazing "in your face" approach! Intriguing thought... but I'd probably drive myself nuts lol

--- but---tomorrow's the day I reintroduce myself to that scale... the big weigh in (ominous music in the backround--does anyone else hear that??) so... I hope to have good news for you. I feel like I've done well...when I look at what I'm writing down, then I get scared that I really ate MUCH more than what I wrote -- I didn't, and it's my head messin' with me... but then, if I don't lose, I have nothing to blame ahh... gotta love this emotional crap we do to ourselves.

Went to see the musical Chicago tonight -- it was great! WOuldn't it be great to be able to dance like that? I do... in my head lol

Soooo... I got this big ol' green ball....looks like a fun contraption heh heh... I even blew it up... of course I'm afraid I'll be THE ONE---- you know THE ONE TO ACTUALLY POP IT! lol maybe I'll actually take the step to watch the video and see what the heck to do with it!

Kayley-- there are so many people who are inspirational and supportive here... and YOU are certainly one of the ones at the top of that list! So know we're all sending good thoughts your way when you're feeling down.

Hang in there, all!!! Keep up the good work and the strength!

p.s. Kayley --- Garnet is right about the desks... you CAN ask to have a non-detached table chair. If you don't want to ask the instructor directly, you can ask the department (then you won't feel like you have to deal with the instructor not knowing how to get it or judging you every day after that). I've worked at colleges my entire working life.... and KNOW that this is not an unusual or unreasonable request. THen -- that day that we will ALL have when we can sit in those torture chambers they call classroom desks will indeed come and you can SPIN in it!

Well wishes for your weigh in, Im sure you will have a reduction. I too hear that music...I thought it was a landshark. (okay most of you are probably not old enough to get the reference...it is from a classic saturday night live skit) ha ha
