I did my weekly weigh in today and I am down 3 lbs!! Whoohoooo. Today was a nice a few friends and I rented a few movies and spent the rainy day inside just chillin. Tomorrow it is back to the ole grind of work. Next Monday I have a DR appointment....I had a nerve study done on my hands in Dec and the results are in and she wants to see me. The DR who did the study told me that I have CTS in both hands (already had surgery on one of them 10 yrs ago) and I also have the nerve compressed in my elbow so he advised surgery....So I will go next Monday and see what my family DR says about it.

Felicia - I hope you are able to get the Gazelle. Seems like everyone loves them! I've never really watched the infomericials for them. Are they high or low impact?

Well, I managed to get a two hour nap in, and I'm feeling a bit better. Waiting for Andrew to get online, and I'm going to see if he wants to go out this evening. And if not, then I'm probably going to bed!

I gained 1.5 this week and I am none too happy about it. I've been doing all the right things so maybe it's just me gaining muscle.
