Thumbs up 7 inches gone in 3 weeks!

7 inches of fat gone in 3 weeks! Yahooeee!!!!!

I am so excited I couldn't wait until Sunday!

I recently tweaked my nutrition program and increased my calories to just over 2000 and that did the trick.

Now I'm buying myself a new set of dumbbells. TODAY!

Too bad there isn't an inches lost tag. Maybe I'll just make one up from the pounds one.

Isn't losing inches almost more fun than watching the scales go down? The measuring tape doesn't get uncalibrated like a scale. When I measured myself for the 12 week challenge, and realized that I had lost 18.5 inches in my waist, and 17.5" in my hips, that made my whole day. Revel in your success.
