I am so excited I couldn't wait until Sunday! :ebike: :cb: :strong:

I recently tweaked my nutrition program and increased my calories to just over 2000 and that did the trick.

Now I'm buying myself a new set of dumbbells. :cb: TODAY! :cb:

Too bad there isn't an inches lost tag. Maybe I'll just make one up from the pounds one. :cb: :cb: :cb:

Isn't losing inches almost more fun than watching the scales go down? The measuring tape doesn't get uncalibrated like a scale. When I measured myself for the 12 week challenge, and realized that I had lost 18.5 inches in my waist, and 17.5" in my hips, that made my whole day. Revel in your success.
