lilion - Wow...sounds like you had a rough vacation. So sorry to hear about your little dog! You must have been terrified when that happened! Thank God that the people were able to compensate for the vet bills you incurred. I hope your pup has a speedy recovery!

has anyone tried the coke zero? We just got it here in my little podunk Indiana town, and I really like it, no funky aftertaste. They had the 20 oz. bottles for 50 cents each. I have been doing really good staying OP today, (after being really bad yesterday, oh well, water under the bridge). Mt hubby told me last nite, how much he loved me the way I am, but that if losing weight will make me happy, he supports me, sigh, what a wonderful man!! Well, going to look up some WW recipes, my hubby actually likes WW food!!

Yeah I should start a new thread here...but I don't want to mess it up..so here I am instead.

Kari: Try the Light & Fit with Fiber yogurt...I know that on WW it's only 1 point instead of 2...and I like the 2 flavors I have tried. Especially if you arent's getting in enough fiber otherwise. ALSO...if you want to make a lower calorie and fat version of cupcakes or chocolate cake...try this...1 pkg regular chocolate cake mix, 1 can diet coke, 1-2 bags of frozen fruit (no sugar added). Mix and bake. I think you can also do it without the fruit....but that's it. If you do it as cupcakes (12) then each is 4 points...roughly 200 calories..but that's wayyyyy less than a recipe with eggs and oil or butter. Otherwise if you do it as a cake, you need to cut it into 12 servings.

I probably loused up my plan this week..I feel like I have eaten too much...or rather too much that's not strictly Core. Tonight I had a really tasty dinner but I am not sure if it was "good" or "bad" because the place i ate does not yet have nutritional data yet...but I know I could have done worse. Out here in Cali we have a chain called Sharkey's...fresh mexican stuff...organic meats and produce...and really good. So I got the "naked" BBQ Chicken pizza....very thin and crispy whole wheat tortilla crust, BBQ sauce (core), cilantro, mandarin oranges, red onions, grilled chicken and fat-free cheese. There was a lot of cheese on it, but everything else was Core (the tortilla was 2 points I think). I was really hungry though so I ate it all...but now I am very satisfied. On the other hand..considering that I used to eat cheese quesadillas and taquitos (hello fried and more fried) there...I think I deserve a pat on the back. I just hope the scale agrees on Wednesday.

Argh...being fat sucks.
