Well hello girlies. I am ready to start the next challenge. The beginning date will be friday (if that's alright). so take tomorrow to relax lol.
Here's my 6 week end results
Weight: 340.8
Chest: 58 (-1)
Waist: 53 (-1)
Hip: 59.5 (+.5)
Thigh: 35 (-2)
Arm: 18 (0)
Calve: 20 (-.5)
Results: + 3.8, -4 inches
i'll take the inches but hopefully some weight loss is on its way. so
specialk, since i'm sure you're busy with work and i have a moment. i'll start the 12 wk challenge in another thread.
remember to post results girlies. i would do pix but to be honest there's nothing new to see hahaha. the 12 week pix should be much better.
