Rose: When this challenge is over, start another :D . I still have til August 9th before my trip and I know I'm not going to make it to my goal :( , but that is still enough time to lose some more weight.

hey...I am checking in...our 4th of July events got rained out and I ate badly...but it was sooo good...mmmm homemade brownies...hey I ate a plate of fruit so do the calories cancel each other out? lol ;) so I did some Yoga yesterday and a lot of yard work so I got some exercise in there...hope to do more but it is sooooo hot. Just a degree shy of 100 out today so any exercise is done inside. But I am still alive and trying to stay on track...I am maintaining pretty well at about 289-291 depending on time of day :D once my body decides to behave I think I will start dropping pounds again...but I am on permanent TOM (SUCKS SO BAD!!!!) so until the BC starts helping I might as well toss the scale...hope y'all are still doing well and I agree about the challenge continuing...I don't see any reason why we can't keep checking in and measuring and talking and all that good stuff

well its late and I must get up at 4am....nighty night!!

This past week has been absolutely horrid eating wise. Oh, the shame! Maybe I can wake up in a few hours and pretend it never happened? :shrug: I feel like I'm at week one all over again :(

I went crazy after 12, yesterday. I've already started today in a hole, that's why I've done 2 cardios and will probably do another cardio tonite to burn some of these calores.

Last week was crazy (eating) for me too, Ladies. I don't know what is going on with me. I some times think subconsciously I want to fail. I think my life would be soooo much better if I lost this weight. I think I'll have the man I want and the children I want if I lost this weight. So, what if I did lose all the weight and still did not get the man and children I want and then I find out my problem really was not weight, but me :( . Maybe that's why I mess up because I really do not want to find out that the problem is me that I'm not worthy!

I fully understand what mean. And I've been tackling that idea and concept for a good while. I wish I knew how to get past it. Aside from that my eatin's been okay. I havent been exercising all that much but joined the 30 min challenge so maybe thats a start :?:
