Hello everyone! Glad to be back... I've been doing billing at work all week and the weekend... I hate this time of the month--but Sooo glad when it's over! And Sooo happy to see the sun shining here today!! It's been raining and yucky most of the last week or two. Makes me lazy.

Been staying OP ok-ish... not cheating, but not really watching it like I should. Doing Curves still... that stair step machine they added is kicking my BUTT!!! Maybe that means it'll work off some of this butt.

People are really noticing my weight loss! My husband looked at me Sunday and said, "oh, my god, babe, you are getting so thin!" And that was out of NOWHERE! He's usually great about noticing something I change about myself and it felt great for him to see it. Too bad the boobs are disappearing. Oooh, and guess what? I tried on a little suede skirt I haven't been able to zip in ohhhh, about FOUR years, a size 24, and it fits PERFECT! I could hardly believe it.

All of that and you'd think I'd be able to stay OP better... I've got to give myself a kick in the arse and get back on it.

Thinking here and there about changing to South Beach or Atkins or Sugarbusters, but the more I think about it, the more I realize how complicated my life is to begin with... I think I will stick with what I'm on and maybe do WW in a few months.

Terri-- You sound like me with the office job... I usually get in about 8:30 and don't get out until after 5:30, but if I'd just get my butt in there at 8, I could leave on time and feel like I have some sort of an evening, especially after nights after exercising, I don't get home until 7 or 7:30. Blehh! But I have a 9 y/o who I can't drag out of the house until 7:45 in the morning... everything went out the window with being on time when she learned how to tell time and KNOWS what time the bell rings!

Angela-- I know whatcha mean about floating away! Yesterday I did my 68oz (4 17 oz bottles) and had FOUR glasses of unsweetened iced tea at lunch... GAWD was I DYING.

BarbP-- that's wonderful!! I hope everything works out for you and DH. I'll be thinking of and praying for you. For the short time I've known you, I know how much you want this. Best of luck to you!

CD-- I have always wanted to have a morning workout, but I have never been a morning person. I wish that I was. I would love to have my workout done before work! Good for you for trying a new arrangement in your eating plan. I am like you... I have always had my biggest meal in the evening, a skimpy running-out-the-door breakfast and a nice-sized lunch. Cutting back on the lunch now in size and have something small when I get home from work. Good luck on it.
