P.S. -
Qadira - one more way to judge your progress is by how you feel in general. Don't you have more energy? Do you feel like your muscles are strong enough to keep your skeleton upright? Are you sleeping better? etc... Often when I stop exercising I don't gain weight, but I feel so bad in other ways that even if I never lost another pound I would not stop working out. -Ruby

I di not lose any but did not gain any this week so its 7 lbs. for the 2 week loss

Good grief what a day! We had a last minute meeting scheduled at work from 11:00-1:00....lunch meeting of course. So what do they have?? PIZZA! Anything else would have been better. I got one small slice of cheese pizza and ate about half of it. I dont think anyone really noticed I wasnt eating much. As soon as the meeting was over I went home for lunch and ate my regular lunch...minus a starch and a fat. : ) I was proud of myself for not scarfing down pizza like everyone else. : )

Going to fix a big grilled chicken salad for dinner and have some yogurt for dessert.
