Contract with Myself
I hereby pledge to:
Participate in a program of regular exercise for a period of (fill in the blank) weeks.
Eat healthful foods in reasonable portions and/or stick with (fill in the blank) plan.
Eat primarily to satisfy my nutritional needs rather than my emotional needs.
Change behaviors to ensure my success by planning meals, journalling, seeking assistance, or whatever I have to do other than past harmful behaviors.
