Hi Ladies -
So much action here last night! I'm not going to have much time now for replies, but I wanted to stop in. I had a run in with leftover Halloween candy last night. I knew better than to leave it at home. So, this morning I bagged it all up and brought it into work. I put it in the kitchen - far away from my desk. No more candy in my house!

Last night Jeff and I went to vote. The line was around the building, but didn't take as long as I thought it might -- we were there 1.5 hours. Then we went home to watch the election coverage.

I normally work at home on Wed., but came in today for a meeting and lunch with some girlfriends. Tonight I am going to my water aerobics class and hopefully getting there early enough for some cardio and strength work.

As for the 2-pound challenge, count me in, but I am not getting on the scale until Friday morning so that will be my starting weight.

Chris - sometimes a good whine helps, but then you have to bounce right back --- focus on the POSITIVE. A 10 pound loss is FABULOUS!

Thin - Good job getting back on track yesterday and not letting Monday's slip ups hang around! I sure hope your back feels better? Do you see a chiropractor? I ask because I have never seen one, but for the first time I am considering it. I have one spot in my mid-back, to the left of my spine that is just annoying me. It's not really painful, but feels like something is wrong. I'm just nervous to go to a chiropractor.

2cute - I am excited for your Turkey Day challenge. It's really what I need right now! I love hearing you all bubbly and excited!!!

CD - You are adorable - I love seeing your smiling face!!! I love the jeans idea --- actually I did the same thing last year with what I called my "cruise pants". They were these cute little red/white capri pants that I wanted to wear on our vacation. I kept them hanging in the closet where I could see them and I tried them on every few weeks to see the progress. Guess what??? I wore them on the cruise!!! Now, that was exactly one year ago. They still fit, but I hoped they would be too big by now. Now I have a pair of jeans that are the next goal!!!

Kat - Amen! THIS WILL NOT WORK WITHOUT EXERCISE!! I'm with ya girl!!! If only we lived a little closer we could be gym buddies! Get some sleep and get to the gym!

Barbg - Buffets are evil!

Terri - I am happy to hear that you had a good trip! Great job avoiding the candy and getting on the airdyne!!! You rock!!!

I have to leave the rest of you with big Hellos! Time to get started on some work!!!!

Make it a GREAT day!
