The yo-you pattern continues. I have my exercise routine going really well now I have to focus more on food choices. My food selections have been smart - I really need to pay more attention to portion size and not slipping up so much on the weekends! I know what I am doing wrong --- now to correct it!

Never gonna give up!!! :strong:

I had to weigh myself at work last night, still haven't found the right batteries to replace my scale's. I'm hoping this is the same...but I did see these numbers earlier in the week, begore the batteries died, so I'll take 'em!

I didn't make the challenge, I'm up another1/4 pound, up to 294. I'm getting really depressed, because I really thought I was doing so good this two week, I've eaten good choices, cut out sugars, exercised, even done my Oxycise, but still no loss.

Hi fellow group members,
I guess I finally found my group. I've been on this site for a long time observing. I really like the nice people here. Well my name is "Skinny Memories" because that's all I have. I was the child how people said "she eats what ever she wants and doesn't gain a pound." That was true until college. I studied and ate my way to 230 lbs. After college I was up to 270lbs and didn't even realize it. I started a weight loss program and went from 270 down to 243 lbs and then got pregnant. I vowed that I wouldn't get pregnant until I reached 180lbs by life happens. My weight loss doctor told me that when you lose weight you become more fertile. That was true and I found the hard way. I delivered my son at 318 lbs in August one year ago. I didn't get on a diet plan until Jan. starting at 294. I am down to 255 lbs and working myself down slowly. I can't wait to reach my pre-pregnancy weight of 243. That's my mini goal and I thought that I would never see anything close to it but here I am 12 lbs away. I come so far. I can do this with some motivation. I go to a weight loss doctor who gives me a shot of B12 every week and diet plan. The diet plan is not restrictive. I can eat anything I want of the items on the list and there are many items so it works for me. After I reach pre - pregnancy weight my next goal is 220 which I haven't see in a long time. Well ta-tah for now. I was able to gain a bit of self-control from reading your posts. Thank you .. I have the strength again to take it a meal at a time. P.S. - I have my ortho patch for birth control this time lol..
