  • Damn Terri - you are just on top of things aren't you????

Well, I kind of hit a wall - I realized last week I was completely, totally, utterly burned out. With everything. So, when I saw the Evil Trainer on Saturday I told him I was burned out and needed a week off - he wasn't surprised given my lack of interest lately, and was fine with the week off. I decided I am still going to track what I eat, but just kind of for historical purposes (I've been keeping a spreadsheet tracking this weight loss journey).

I'll be posting, but until Saturday, 4/3, I'm not making any goals or worrying about goals I didn't make from this challenge. BUT I'll definitely be joining in on the new challenge!!

  • Hi Pam,

Nothing wrong with taking a little break from the workouts. You need something totally fun. Go dancing!

I did my pilates today and the stability ball tonight. I'm still kicking butt with the food. 'Bout damn time. Now that the challenge is almost over.
  • Okay, my official results:

Based on my scales at home comparing to January 1st - lost 7 pounds

    Also lost 6.5 inches.

    Woohoo!

Gained - muscle strength and starting to see definition in my arms and upper back.
