Welcome to Jogging Into July, our Summer Challenge for 2017!
This 10 week challenge will bring us to the last week of July, which for most of us will be the height of the summer season. For some.... it will be winter, and for Scotland... that will always mean rain . But for us all it will be another chance to record and keep and eye on our gains, our losses, and hopefully a healthier and more knowledgeable 300+ team.
The rules for this challenge are the same as before:
1) Please Enter your starting weight come the 22nd May.
2) Each week enter your updated weight.
3) If you are on holiday or have not weighed in for any specific reason, please put a note in the cell and I will see it
4) If you have not entered a note, and have not weighed in for 3 weeks, your information will be removed.
5) Please comment on the thread about your progress, your ups and downs and lets motivate each other to a healthier life.
You can also Enter measurements in the second tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet for anyone who would like to keep track and notice any changes from the beginning to the end.
Thank you so much for starting this challenge Scotsgal!
I really hope we can all make our goals.
I had typed mine in and had to redo it because I couldn't get my math brain to work with my fat girl brain.
I had trouble believing I could have a goal of 241. Anything under 248 seems unrealistic.
I'm assuming you didn't mean March 6 - but meant this week?
I tried, but while it would let me put my name, it wouldn't take any other information. Maybe it's my office computer and the firewalls and blocks? I'll try to remember to try it from home.
Starting Weight is this week as week one weigh in will be on Monday on-wards. My weigh inns are always a Wednesday, so I will enter my Starting weight Today, then week one on the 31st.
I hope you all take part! It is going to be awesome! I was at the gym this morning and feeling good
Hi I have jumped in - in my case - not here comes the sun but there goes the sun .... jogging to keep warm
anyway have entered start weight and this weeks weigh in ... not much difference - 1 whole pound down ... Better then a gain though here is to this week being better
Nice loss sweetcakes!
Karen one pound is great progress especially if it is part of a consistent pattern.
One bite at a time, one step at a time, one pound at a time.
As for me I am thrilled to have maintained after 2 birthday parties and a bridal shower. I enjoyed my food a little too much. I indulged in so many sweets that I was looking forward to eating back on plan. There was not one veggie at the shower.
Anyhow, let's keep moving those numbers down.
Thank u Ubee..it's a challenge...my body did not want to walk last night and I felt each step of that mile but I'm working on just getting lower...after a lifetime of insane goals it's just one pound at a time for me now
Good job at your outings...those are always a rough go!!
how is everyone doing? I had a very bad week with food, its been a very long time since I had one like that. But tomorrow I need to be back on track. need to start running and getting more cardio in.
Hi okay this week ... signed up to a new membership plan paying $2 more per month to attend weight watchers meetings for three months see how that goes for motivation... anyway this week saw 100,000 plus steps included was 2 days of 20,000 plus
Mostly good food choices and my birthday in there considering last year I gained during our holiday which was fun extra weight now gone ... think I've done quite well lost another 2 pounds since .... well technically 4 ...
gained two and lost them pretty much back to back
I basically took my calorie count and threw it out the window this weekend. We had a big block party weekend (an excuse to legally get drunk in the street) and I enjoyed myself....probably a bit much. BUT, I'm justifying it because I haven't drank in 3 years due to pregnancy and then being a mom. It only took 3 days to gain back the few pounds that it took me months to get off. sigh. Moving on.
