I have been away for a couple of years or more... I am back up and determined to get my life, eating and health back in control... I have decided to try Intermittent Fasting... maybe if I can't control my eating yet I can put some parameters on when I eat... anyway... any advice would be greatly appreciated... I was talking to my friend Ubee and have decided to do 16:8 to start and see how that goes...
