LadyPocketz welcome! Ruby has the right way of it, veg and fruit are a good snack. I like to focus on what I can put in rather than what I can't have and I challenge myself to eat at least 5 servings a day and one of each color (red/orange, yellow/white, green, blue/purple) to get lots of vitamins. Good luck!
