New to this board...this whole weight loss thing...yeah, its been in my life for years now. I literally have fought with the same 40 lbs over the past three years...and this is my year to say enough! I'm going to lose those 40 lbs....and then some!!
I started the New Year off great...have lost 21 pounds
using carb cycling, clean eating, walking 3x a week, and drinking 64-100 oz. a day.
But...that 21 lbs??? Most of that was in January. Water weight and quitting soda cold turkey aided A LOT in that. Since Feb. 1, I've lost 1.5. I eat anywhere from 1200 cals to 1500 cals a day. I'm kinda wondering if I need to up my cals......I weigh about 310 if that helps at all. I definitely wouldnt have a problem eating more.....
but I'm just unsure of what I need to do from here.
Any help, advice, insight would be appreciated and I'm so happy I found this board. Can't wait to get to know all of you better!
