Terra Seems like you've been busy too! Hope you enjoy the new Zumba video!!

Well I lost another 3 pounds this week!! Things are looking good and the one thing I haven't done this week is very much cardio! Maybe a total of 40 minutes this entire week. In my measurements I have lost too...I think the increased protein is helping! I'm so close to losing 130 lbs I can feel it! Maybe next week? Here's hoping! The way things are going now I might actually make my goal I had set myself for this year!

Today is my friend's son's bday party. He's turning 2 tomorrow. It's going to be at the park down the street from me. I got him this Paw Patrol toy thats one of the characters and it comes with a dump truck. He is obsessed with that show!

Off tomorrw so that will be some quality time with DH. May try to hit the gym to knock out a shoulder workout but depending on time I may save it for tomorrow.

Sam ~ Congrats on losing another 3 pounds, Thats great. 127.6 pounds already is AWESOME!!!!! I wish I was there. Yes I am enjoying my new Zumba DVD.

Went to bed at 8 p.m. last night, Got up at 4 a.m. but I went to sleep at 6 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. and even then I didnt want to get up but I had too cause I start my new cooking class today. I need to start watching for my bus at 10:40 a.m. Its 10:14 a.m. right now though so I have at least 30 mins to still watch t.v. I'll be back home at 3 at the latest and 2:30 at the soonest. Tomorrow I dont go anywhere, I'm gonna sweep and mop the bathroom floor and I'm gonna do my new Zumba dvd too. Wed. I have DA4A Lunch and Bingo between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. and Peer Support from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday I have Music and Movement class from 2 to 4 p.m and then after Thursday I wont go anywhere again until Sunday. I hope everyone has an ON PLAN day. Take Care All.

Hi Everyone.

I've been struggling a lot lately to stay on plan. I can't seem to find the motivation I had when I started, but I'm not giving up. I'm glad to see you all doing well. Your success does help to motivate me so I am going to try to check in more often. One on-plan day is better than none, so I'll take that and I will keep at this.

Hi everyone!
I was lurking less and less. Last night I tried to lurk and a message popped up from Sam to support and encourage me to get back here. I have been completely off plan and want my more active/happier life back.
Cindy you are 100% correct one on plan day is better then none. I have not had an on plan day for months. The scale shows it!
Terra so happy to see you trying new things! Zumba looks fun.

Hi everyone.
Terra life is so much more enjoyable when we enjoy what we are doing.

Yesterday was my first on plan day in months!
It is hard for me to remember I am once again eating healthy.
It is also difficult to get back in the daily habit of checking in here.

Hi everyone.

Ubee, I'm so glad to see you back here. And happy that you had an on plan day yesterday. You can do this.

Yesterday was my first on-plan day in a week also and it felt good! I also braved the scale this morning and this last crazy week of eating shows. But I am back on track and committed to doing this. Also, we are getting our treadmill today and I can't wait to use it. I will report on how that goes tomorrow. I am so out of shape that I think even 10 minutes is going to be a challenge but that is my goal for tonight. I decided I will add a minute a day to that and in a month should be able to do 40 minutes. who knows - maybe I'll exceed my goal. Here's to thinking positive!

Woke up at 6 a.m. I wasnt planning on getting up for the day until 6:30 but my back started hurting so I went ahead and got up at 6 a.m. I was going to Music and Movement class today but I decided not too. I dont feel too good today. I came home early from ILRC yesterday too. I hope I feel better tomorrow though cause I have an appt. tomorrow morning. After tomorrow I wont go anywhere again until Sunday. I'll be sure to work out tomorrow to make up for not working out today. I hope everyone has a great day today. Take Care All.

WOW!! I miss a couple of days and everyone seems to come together!!! Maybe I should miss days more often Just kidding!!

Glad we are starting to get some members back here!!

Ubee I figured enough was enough. I sent that message not knowing if you were even signing on but thought, hey if you were, you'll see this message and realize you are needed here. Not only for you, but for the others you were always so loving towards and giving the encouragement. I'm glad you are here, just get you head back in the game and let's do this!! What excuse do you have that is a valid reason to why you aren't doing it? Do you enjoy feeling like crud everyday? Is the food really worth that? I mean this completely out of love, but I want to see you happy and doing things you want to do, not feeling bad every day that you wake up to where sometimes you don't even want to get out of bed...yes I'm reading your mind ....Get it together and let's go! You know I am always here for you!!!

With all this new activity here I hope some of the other regulars pop in soon!!!

This week has been crazy busy at work and at home which is why I haven't posted. My TOM is following me around so I've been all bloated and not feeling 100% but I am still pushing through, getting my workouts done and eating right. At this far in my journey there is no room for slacking, and I don't plan on it. I have never felt this good in my entire life and I don't want to ruin that. Does that mean I'll never have a cheat meal? Not at all...in fact, this weekend I had my first cheat meal in awhile....I ate 4 pieces of pizza and 4 brownies from Dominos. Yes it was too much food, I am aware of that, but guess what....I didn't gain at all! Know why? Because my body is burning the fat and using the energy up....I'm all over the place now and I can thank myself for putting my body into the situations it needed to be able to have the energy and motivation to do things I never even thought possible.

DH is still going to the gym with me...He's working up his weights now that I am lifting every time I go to the gym and minimizing my cardio time. Increasing my protein and weights has been great. I'm feeling more energized...Except this week not as much...Thanks TOM!! But I'm still going!!

Going to Goodwill this weekend to find more pants. I was supposed to go last weekend but never made it. Hoping to find a pair of boots while I'm there too...I am actually able to get boots that go up to the knees!!! This is a first in my entire life for me so you know I'll be buying multiple pairs right???

I'm still at work and need to make a few calls but just wanted to check in with everyone...KEEP POSTING!!! We can do this together!!! Trust me if I can do it, you can I promise!! Need advice or questions and don't want to post it here??? DM me!!! I am more than happy to help anyone any way I can! I am not an expert, I know what has worked for me...But you can do it!!

Three days into eating healthy and my good mood is back.
Sam thank you for being our inspiration! I love hearing your success and also I am sorry you have struggles but thanks for sharing them.
Terra how are you feeling? Drink your fluids and rest up. Please take care of yourself.
Cindy it is amazing how even one full day back on plan can make such a positive difference. Treadmills are great and like Sam says baby steps.

Some craziness has diminished, finally got feedback from my instructor and I am doing well in the course.

Feeling lonely trying to balance work and school, first time in a long time I wished I was in a relationship... But meh, not much I can do about that for now.

Woke up at 6:44 a.m. Its now almost 7:00 p.m. I'm about to head to bed for the night. I did my laundry tonight and I washed the after dinner dishes and I fold and put away my clean clothes as well. Quick check in...

Been busy busy busy with work but still getting my workouts in and eating correctly. Meal prepping has helped tremendously. I woke up 4 pounds heavier today, not sure what's up but I'm not letting it bring me down. Going to work extra hard to get the weight off. May be from some pasta salad and cake I ate at a birthday party over the weekend. Just a little indulgence but I'm back on track and don't feel like that was a fail.
