I don't recommend learning Dutch, it's an ugly language :P
It would be nice to have someone to share stuff with. Like yesterday I went on a bike ride for an hour total, today I'm 2 pounds heavier. This happened two weeks ago too, also after a bike ride. I know it's just water, but still it's not very motivating. I keep drinking water even though I really don't want to because I'm afraid I'll be even heavier tomorrow. And I know you shouldn't weigh daily, but it helps me to keep focused, just these days when you gain from nothing really suck.
