I decided to do a new thread, just because I don't like the way the other thread was set up. It covered 300s and 310s. I'd rather do 10 lb increment threads. For people who need to focus on smaller goals to not get overwhelmed (like myself) it makes a big difference. Since I'm the only one on the thread at the moment, I can do this if I please. haha
Not much weight loss related things are happening in my life today. I have homework for my Dental Anthropology class that I need to do. (I have to read 12 ~11 page articles and write a small paper on each of them, and then a collective 3 page paper on all of them together. Then I have to read the textbook (though that hasn't arrived in the mail yet). All of this is due Jan. 5th. (The day the class starts.)
So yeah, I'll pretty much be eating as healthy as I can, logging those calories on MFP (myfitnesspal), and doing homework. I may or may not workout today. My workout clothes are in the washing machine. We don't have a dryer. So most likely exercise will resume tomorrow.
