Yesterday was not POP but a big improvement on previous days. Today will be even better. I may even try to do a "baked" apple in the microwave to go along with the grilled pork chop and a salad with Ken's Apple cider dressing I'm planning on for dinner.

Carol, it's great to see you back POP! Bet you're feeling a lot better just knowing you are sticking with it.

Barb, This week I'm doing chicken breasts in the crock pot tomorrow that I'll use one way, or another all week. I've also got some hot (Italian) turkey sausage to grill for sausage and peppers on night. Sorry about your knee. :(

Deb, Angela, Donna, Annsokos ...... How're you doing?

We had a weekend away. We spent it with my daughter. We kept the kids at our hotel for them to go to a wedding. It was a lot of fun but a lot of work. It sure felt good to get home yesterday. Hubby and I have chose to have an off day most sat. Then back on track on Sunday. We did great with it and didn't go crazy on our off day.
This week food will be baked pork chops tonight with 2 veggies.
Tomorrow is meatloaf. Wed I eat at church. Thursday will be baked chicken with bread crumbs and left over veggies. Then Friday is always something easy.
I'm thinking chilli for the weekend.
Scales didn't climb over the weekend.

Hi Judy, I'm here! Sadly I am 5lb heavier, but I started exercising today with Wii fit. I burned 71 calories today, so I feel that is a good start! Also I am measuring to make sure my quantity of food is not too much. Your dinner tonight sounds delicious!

Hi Mountain Walker! Thank you so much for replying to me. I am trying your #2 idea, no success yet but I will keep trying. I also put her on a lead so she has further to roam without me right on her. I am a lucky girl...my daughter's friend sold us her Wi Fit, Zumba, and Dance. I tried the Wii fit today. I can't hula hoop worth anything, lol. But I did good with the stepping. The Zumba belt doesn't fit, so I am going to have to be creative with thinking what to do.

Tonight is chili. Waiting for hubby to come home.

Today was a good day. For breakfast I had 1cup cheerios and a 1/2 cup milk, the other 1/2 cup milk I used throughout the day with tea.
Lunch was a slice of bread with 1tbsp peanut butter smeared on it. Also a container of Mott's natural applesauce.
Dinner is leftover chili.
I did Wii fit again today. 30min of free step. I think it said I burned 217 calories, but it may have been 271. I have a bad memory.
Hope everyone is having a good evening!
Ann

Yesterday was so-so. Today is POP!

annsokos 10-29-2014 06:40 PM

I lost 1lb according to both wii fit and scale. I did 30 min again of free step burning 207 calories.I have been on plan today, but my lunch choice, though on plan, wasn't a good choice--2 twix snack bars. Trick or treat was last night otherwise I wouldn't have chocolate in the house.
My 15 year old fixed my lazy suzanne in my cabinet. Now I can have my can goods on it instead of in the cupboard. He is so mechanically inclined.
Good job Judy for being Pop today!

Pop day but cut it close again. Wednesday night is our meal at church. Hard to stay focused

annsokos 10-30-2014 08:49 PM

Pop again today and exercised (206 cal). For dinner I had a salad with chicken on top, and since I had a leftover carb, I enjoyed a 100cal pack of Lorna Doone.\
Deb how do you make your meatloaf?

j-ann 11-01-2014 07:58 AM
