Hi I am Carol and I have decided it is time to take care of me. I am having some female issues that I know I wouldn't be having if I were not so overweight. This time I am going to do it and I know I can't do it by myself so get used to seeing me here. I need all of you.

I think the female problems are like the chicken and the egg. Do the weirdo hormones cause the weight gain or does the weight gain cause the weirdo hormones? I am blaming the hormones!
So glad you decided to join us. I always say if I could do it myself I wouldn't be in the 300+ Club!
