Yesterday was just one of those days where nothing satisfied. At least there isn't junk in the house so my choices were limited, the quantities weren't good though. I climbed on the scale today - let's just say it will be a POP day!

Still struggling to get 100% POP. I'm not normally a big snacker but that seems to have changed in the last week or so.

Doing a bit better. Getting more moving in (shovelling slush... hauling boxes)... and keeping the sweets down... portions moderated. Now I need to check out the scale...

I just can't get a whole day in POP. Haven't hit the sweets but having trouble controlling my head hunger.

Yesterday was an easy POP day for me. Don't have many of these.

At WW this morning I was down 1.8 lbs.

The roads were nasty earlier this morning. We only had about 3" of snow but temps. were in the single digit. Add plowed as well as they could be, hard packed snow in places where cars beat the plows down the roads and road salt that doesn't work well in bitter temps and you get ice. Sun's out now and main roads are just wet but it was not fun going to my meeting this AM.

Hi all. Hope everybody's getting dug out. We didn't get hit too hard, though we had some ice.

Tomorrow will be my 1-year anniversary on WW. With what I've regained, I'm down 28 pounds for the year. I'm hoping that since I had such a strong start last December... starting before Christmas, when the semester ended... that I can re-find my mojo in the coming weeks.

Thanks for the good thoughts. I'll try to be back in more regularly.

We've all been fighting for each lost pound lately let's dig in and try to get to the end of the year by holding it together and keeping that "I need to get healthier and eating this won't help me succeed" attitude at the forefront of our thoughts.

My goal is to come back at the same weight from vacation I'm leaving out. That is after being home 3 days since I have such an issue with water weight when flying.

We are going to Hawaii in April - I have to work it hard until then!

Hi ladies,
Just wanted to stop in and say hey!!!! Believe it or not, I am Ags, actually trying to get fit in my 60"s!!!! I, yes me, I go to the gym now about 4 to 5 times a week. I am taking Zumba classes, water and regular Zumba, well I should say Zumba Gold, I do water aerobics, walking and am even lifting weight and liking all of this!! Carol, I gotta give you your props, you are the one who got me back into the pool and I thank you so much for it.

I have missed all of you so much and hopefully I will be able to get back here a little more often.

Dgramie, so nice to see you and Heather too!!

Still struggling to have a pop day! Stayed so busy the past few days. I'm doing lots of crafts and they are selling as fast as I can make them. I am going to try and cook every night this week and include lots of veggies.

I'm still doing well. My Christmas present to myself was a small rice cooker. Haven't had one in years. Did long grain yesterday and will make brown rice later in the week.

6" of snow yesterday has made everything sparkle this morning. Got some exercise shoveling this morning.
