I had a OP day until dinner. I ate 2 carbs instead of just one. I will do better today. I have to plan better for babysitting late. Even though I am home its hard to cook a big meal with 3 kids under my feet. I can get it started but it puts us eating late and I tend to eat to much if I let myself get to hungry. I may need to plan a snack for myself mid afternoon to keep from overeating at dinner.

It must have been in the air. I got into dry roasted peanuts and had them for lunch.

Good morning from a barely snowed on Central NY.

I paid for those dry roasted peanuts from Monday all day yesterday. Let's just say that Gas-X was my friend.

Still not feeling 100%. But a lot better. Wasn't hungry as my tummy's still sore but it's improving. Ended up way under my daily points though. I'll have to be careful today.

Weighed in. I was down another 0.8 Lbs. Probably was a full pound but I forgot to take my sweater off.

I'm going to eat cautiously today, nothing rough or spicy. Hopefully by the weekend I'll be back to normal.

Everyone be good and listen to what your body is telling you.

I'm going to toss some chicken breasts in the crock pot this afternoon and do chores while it cooks. This morning I'm going to get outdoors and enjoy the warmth, it's already in the 40s, and the sunshine.

Have a great day.

I've been completely off program. I've been both physically sick and depressed, and I made a dumb decision to let myself eat whatever I wanted and stop tracking until my stomach and gut felt better.

I'm almost coming up on a year on Weight Watchers, and for the first half of the year I was doing great, but I've been struggling since July. Hoping to find my mojo and get back solidly on track before the new year.

I really have to get my focus back. I didnt eat so hot over the weekend and guess what my stomach is yucky again. When will I ever learn???
Tom is still here but I stepped on the scales this morning and Im back up getting closer to my high for the year. So here I go again....
I did let myself eat over the past few days because my feelings got hurt. I hate drama and it causes me to turn to food.
Why do the holidays have to be so stressful?? So many places everyone has to be and not enough time.

I am not under control yet, but my life IS starting to feel more normal and sane. I can see myself now GETTING myself under control. Until then, I will continue to try. Even though I have completely upended my life this year, I have just gained and lost the same 5 pounds. At least I've not gained like the last few years...

Sounds like many of us are struggling - me included. I'm so disgusted and embarrassed by all the weight I have regained. Yesterday was POP, one small step. I need to remember baby steps. I also started the paperwork to rejoin the fitness center.

POP menu is planned today - now to execute the plan.

Let's do this!

Howdy, gals! I don't think I've posted to this thread yet, so I'll introduce myself: I'm a 58-yr-old retired physician, now an artist & writer, married with no kids (by choice). I did Jenny Craig several years ago: lost from 332 down to 225. But then my sweet husband got very ill, over a long period of time, and I gained back up to 351.

Got back on track, slowly, starting in February 2012, doing Atkins "induction" phase (extremely low carb) with lots of lapses. Finally figured out two things, a little over a month ago: (1) I need support, so I joined 3FC (yay!), and (2) I needed to take a vacation from obsessing about my Big 3 problem foods (see sig). Those two steps have been very helpful!

As for exercise, all I'm doing right now is a daily set of non-weight-bearing leg exercises I started a year and a half ago to help rehab an injured knee. Oh, and I just started light lifting, with 4-lb and 8-lb barbells, to strengthen my arms. But I'm really keen on starting walking: 'just haven't gotten myself out the door yet. Soon, I hope...

Welcome Fiona! Glad to see you posting here.

Yesterday was POP for me and today I woke with what I think is the dreaded carb withdrawal headache. It's been years since my eating has got me to this point.

I'm actually excited about getting back to exercise. I reached out to a friend who is struggling in the fitness area (skinny minny though) and set a time to meet up at the pool. Looking forward to both the mental and physical impact I know exercise has for me.

Let's do this!
