Remember this is not a "challenge" but a place for accountability to ourselves and support from our fellow rowers. So, what is your plan for this 10 day segment?

My goals for this leg (vacation included.. ugh):
1. Swim every day that it's not raining on vacation. Not just tanning, but SWIMMING.
2. Don't wussy out about walking around places. My feet and legs just need to get used to it. More so the feet.
3. Make wise choices and control portions around other people that are obviously not on lifestyle changes.
4. Don't get down when I finally get to weigh myself for the first time in a month and a half. Keep persevering.

eat low carb, calorie limit is 1200, 100+ ounces of water a day
hook back up dvd player and do walk videos.

OP, but not POP. Having trouble with hydrating and exercising. Eating okay, though. Tomorrow I'll shoot to be sitting square in the middle of the boat.
