Hi everyone: just got back on this site after regaining a bunch of weight- I will get it back off! Mind if I jump on the lifeboat?
Things I will focus on:
-Eating 80 % or more all natural, unprocessed food from ' the earth'
-Chugalugging water!
-finding the time to work out even if its at 9pm (3-5 times a week)
