When was the last time I posted here? Monday a week ago!

Tuesday: 30 minutes treadmill.
Wednesday: 30 minutes treadmill.
Thursday: 30 minutes treadmill.

[I am seeing a trend here.]

Friday: 15 minutes treadmill + 1.5 hour walk
Saturday: 45 minutes swimming + 2 hours walking
Sunday: 45 minutes swimming + 45 minutes walking
Today: 30 minutes treadmill

Total: 480

Personal: 1060 / 1400

Group: 1780 + 480 = 2260

Cardio/weight training tonight. Did some new stuff on the TRX. It was awkward at first, but I finally got the hang of it. (Oh my...that's almost a pun!) I still freeze up when I have to drop my full weight from the straps. My hands aren't strong enough to fully hold myself, so I was struggling to find the right place to put my feet for support. So glad I don't do this stuff in a big gym with lots of people watching.

The studio was closed since Friday afternoon. I forgot to add Friday's exercise (cardio, weights and Pilates), did nothing while the studio was closed, but went back to it for cardio and weights tonight. Felt so good!

I'm going on another mini trip. Not doing any formal exercise, but I'll stay active. Will try to track while I'm gone.
