Busy week last week. Here are my totals: 6/5: 30 minutes treadmill! 6/6: DITTOES. 6/7: SO MANY DITTOES. I have started doing at least 10 minutes at 4.0 MPH. I am so proud of myself. 6/8: two hours of yardwork. Finished planting, did all mulching, cleaned out the vines again from around the shed, work work work. Personal: 550 / 1400 Group: 1025 + 210 = 1235 |
