I was dry last segment except for the one cupcake(800 calories). I want to push more water this segment. I will stay below 1200 calories, and try harder with exercise.
Great day for a saturday yesterday! Ate lunch with hubby at our favorite mexican place and stayed dry!! Even got some yoga in yesterday, it was my first attempt and I know it wasnt that pretty but oh well it was still exercise!
I stayed within my calorie range but was starving after eating pizza. I think it was the carbs in it. I drank a huge bottle of water and it helped. Loving the way I am feeling and my energy is increasing.
Fine day today, even managed to fit in one of my old favorite dishes for dinner and stay well within my points for the day; did tai chi in the a.m. and kickboxing this evening.
