I love onestopplus.com
If you search on jogging suit, you'll only get their velour sets (kind of weird), but check out the Activewear section.

I'm not tall, but I apparently have long-legs, because I often have to order talls, so that the pants aren't too short. I don't mind cuffing the arms if I have to, but I hate pants that are too-short. I always check the description for inseam. 32" is a perfect inseam, and 34" is two long (unless it's a banded bottom and I don't like the banded bottoms. I much prefer a straight leg).
I'll buy longer talls if I have to (if I can't find something in my preferred range) because as much as I hate it, I CAN hem them myself or pay someone to do it if I have to.
One thing to be aware of though is that OSP is a multi-brand shop (they call it an online "mall"), so when you check sizing charts you have to make sure you're looking at the right sizing chart for the brand you're looking at).
Most are fairly consistent except the Avenue and Torrid brands. And most run either a bit big or true-to-size.
The casual clothes do tend to run a bit on the big size (in my experience). I'm 5'6" and about 290 lbs, and very pear-shaped (According to most of the size charts on the site, I'm a 2X in the bust, a 3X in the waist, and a 4X in the hips).
The 3X's are usually very comfortable, and usually fit the hips just fine (in knit fabrics).
Don't forget to check the clearance section too, because I was able to make my own "sets" by matching clearance tops with clearance "sport pants." The drawstring sport pants are made in a t-shirt material and have a functional drawstring.
The first pair of "sport pants" that I bought were 4X and they were WAY-SUPER too big. I actually ended up buying six different pairs of pants in size 2X in 2 lengths (2 in capris and 4 in long pants) this summer for $2.99 per set.
The 2X's weren't tight, but they would have been if I was just a bit heavier (still I was shocked that they fit so well, considering my hips were in the 4X range by the chart).
I wouldn't assume two sizes difference, but I would suggest the smaller size if your measurements fall between two sizes or are at the low-end of a size.
For the tops I bought t-shirts, because I usually am too warm for hoodies, but there was a nice selection of hoodies I did look at (and I ultimately decided I wouldn't use them very often).
The clearance section choices are sometimes pretty slim, but it's often worth checking anyway.
I only had one problem with my "sets" and that was that the "bluebell" colored pants (poly/cotton) didn't match the "bluebell" t-shirt I bought (100% cotton).
As it turns out, I decided (because I didn't like that it didn't match) that it would be one of the shirts I would use when my sister showed me how to tie-dye.
The dyes I used were blues and greens of varying shades, and I ended up with a shirt that not only matched the bluebell pants, it also ended up matching the jade and teal pairs as well.
OK, I'm getting off track here (sorry I tend to do that) just pointing out that colors may not match perfectly if the fabric isn't identical (I'd never had a problem with matching colors before, but usually the fabric content was the same. In this case, they were different).
I've bought several sets (one navy velour, just because it was super cheap, and two sweatshirt knit sets, and several separates).
