Yes! (38G here...) If I'm wearing the uniboob kind, I stick a little papertowel or something in there to absorb sweat. But since I invested in a couple of Freya Active sports bras, no uniboob, no bounce, no itching and rash.
I did powder after the fact, but it just annoys me! I never thought of putting something in there to soak it up! I may have to invest in some new ones...
I have a few bras that do this as well, I have to use powder, however, I did find a few bras that are FANTASTIC for working out as well as keeping the laddies from rubbing into each other. Oddly, found them at K-mart.
That happens to me too! I use powder, but also make sure to change out of the sports bra immediately and dry off, then into one of my "lounge" bras, which are almost all cotton and may not lift very well, but they separate nicely and help keep things dry.
My good bras with more support tend to also give me chafing issues where the underwire rubs. Again, I try not to wear them very long, use powder, sometimes an anti fungal ointment if I need it.
A friend of mine who has even bigger boobs than my 42ff wears an ordinary bra then a sports bra on top....seems to do the job!
Why oh why are sports bras for big boobs hard to find? They may go up to a g cup but only a 38 back which is no flipping good!!
For treatment ...think sudocreme marvellous for sweaty undercarriage too!!
Let me recommend Lady Anti Monkey Butt powder. It's talc, cornstarch, and powdered calamine, as I recall, and some kind of stuff to cut down on the rub.
I mean, you did label this TMI, so here's my TMI: Coochy After Shave Protection Spray is wonderful for anywhere you may chafe: arms, legs, boobs. I wish it had a more ladylike name.
Mountain Walker, I thought I was the only one that did that. Heck to the yes. I often wear 2 bras to work out. I have since days when I played basketball. I am last time I got fitted properly i was a 44I and it just annoying truely.
Yes and underneath too! I live in a hot climate so I tend to get heat rashes anyway especially in the summer. However I find the ones near or on the girls the worst. I usually just throw some baby powder on and keep going. Also make sure you change out of your bra ASAP, even before you leave (if not as soon as you get home). This gives the girls some time to air out.
nursing pads! I had some saved over from my breastfeeding days. They make great barriers for bra/sweat problems!! I also get bad rashes underneath my breasts and I will put one between my breast and the bra and it helps with the pain and it seems to heal much faster!!
