I don't understand whats going on, but I am going to the doctors tomorrow to try and figure it out...problem is...they NEVER have any answers!
I am retaining an enormous amount of water and have had a very sluggish digestive system.
I have been eating around 1800 calories, lean protiens, whole grains, fruit, veggies
: and about 100 oz of water each day, I also stepped up my cardio to 30 minutes of 3 mph @ 2% incline on treadmill ( heart rate stays up around 130-140 )
5x week and lap swimming for 1 hr 5x wk as well!
:I tried some over the counter water pills because I feel SO bloated, but that didnt work either....So needless to say....Im frustrated and upset!

Maybe I'm just not giving myself time enough for my body to adjust to change...
I am hoping the doc might be of some help this time, Thanks everyone for listening to me vent!
Things are just so different trying to lose weight this time...This time my body is fighting it and it has been SO difficult for me....BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP!!!!
