I threw the chess cake bars to the fish. THey loved it and the rest went into the trash. I hate it when neighbors send sweets over. I did just ok the rest of the day. Today will be back totally pop!!

great day yesterday with a bit of exercise.Life keeps trying to rock the boat with big waves( stress). I wont give in!! LOL

High and dry yesterday and feeling good about this leg of the journey. Only time I got wet was at water aerobics.

Used some extra points yesterday so I got damp from oar spray but not soaking. Hoping for a nice dry day today.

I had a dry day yesterday but only because its time to grocery shop. I would have eaten anything sweet and salty if it had been in this house. Tom is arriving a week early.

A bit damp yesterday but on the whole my day pretty good.

I didn't think I did so bad yesterday. I know I did well on protein intake, but then I wrote it all down. OMG, I totally over-did it in the calories. Fell overboard, bonked my head with a paddle, had my life jacket wrapped around my foot. Geesh. I *have* to write stuff down!!

Didn't help that my washing machine jumped overboard and sank. Spin cycle motor froze up. Alas. Not too bad for a machine I paid $100 and it lasted 7 years (I thought it was 10, but I can't count). Got laundry done at the coin laundry place (wow, expensive). New machine will be here next Monday.

Back in the boat.
