Default back again

weighed in today at 302... i fell off the wagon for about 10 days, and man can i feel it. i feel like crap, and i gained almost 15 pounds back. i dont know what happened. i would start out in the morning doing fine, and have about 1200 calories left over for dinner, then dinner comes around and i eat 2500 calories. wtf is wrong with me? i need to get back on track, and i figured admitting that i screwed up might help in the process. i know i have mad a lot of progress, and im not going to let 10 days of food screw that up for me.

back on the wagon today!

Yes. You're right. You just did the single most important thing today. Owning up is huge because it helps you recognize you need to get back to it, but getting on plan again is the single most important thing.

I've had those long stretches where I didn't stick to plan and gained weight back. Just know with a 1300 extra cals a day you didn't gain 15 lbs of fat back. Part of that is water weight so the true damage isn't as bad as you think.

I'm proud of you. It's hard to come back, but to me it's the key to weight loss progress. It's the rare individual who never strays from plan. But success can happen in all sorts of ways. It doesn't have to be a straight line.

I kind of fell off the wagon over the long weekend... Didn't help that it's THAT time of the month and my body thought it needed chocolate haha. Dreading getting on the scale tomorrow... But it's a new day so I'm gonna jump back on and keep going! Good luck!

Glad you came back, SAM! You caught it after only 10 days; that's better than 10 weeks, right? Right! Back on track; you can do it, girl! Get that PLAN in place; good foods in the house; and onward you go ...

It sounds to me like your not eating enough calories during the day.. My dr. told me I should eat the majority of my calories during the day so that i'm not starving myself all day and then eating the rest of my calories plus more at dinner..

Girl! I have known that devastating moment when you want to smack yourself many of times!
I decided to start on this site last week and finally this morning I got up an hour early and did my Wii Fit. It reminded me that I had not been there for 47 days - gaining 14 pounds back. YUCK! Hang in there and thanks for being honest. It keeps me honest. Be well!
