Hi I'm 36, 5'7 and 393lbs. I'm married and we have 3 kids(two his, one mine). My life is crazy at times. I'm always taking care of everyone else, but now its time to take care of myself. I look forward to meeting some of you. I'm going to be calorie counting and using my elliptical. I want to be able to look in the mirror and not hate the person looking back at me. Its hard to except that I've done this to my body

I'm just back too after just over 4 years. Lost 170 pounds, gained it ALL back, plus 30, and spent a couple of years grieving that and trying to gather myself again. Have managed to get down by about 50 making sporadic efforts over the last year or so, but hope to be back and fully committed now. So totally get where you're at right now, but even a little bit of success breeds optimism. Be kind and gentle to yourself and before you know it you'll be flying and feeling good. Best of luck!
