Green tea is very good for you and has antioxident properties. It won't make you hungry. I would suggest avoiding all processed foods and keeping your carbs very low. Pass on white bread, potatoes, white rice, all cookies and cakes. Also sugar plays a major factor in being "hungry" as it causes cravings. Once you wean yourself off the sugar, the cravings will stop. Often times when we think we're hungry we're actually thirsty. Drink plenty of water when this happens, and the hunger may go away.
